Have a walk through Sam and Snez's new $1.65m Melbourne home.

The Bachelor‘s Sam Wood and his fiancee Snezana Markoski‘s long distance relationship will soon be a thing of the past.

Snezana, 35, and her 10-year-old daughter Eve will be moving to Melbourne to live with Wood, 35, after the pair recently bought a fancy house in the Victorian suburb of Elsternwick together.

The Daily Telegraph reports that the couple paid $1.65m for the three bedroom house.

Wow.

Sam posted a photo to Instagram showing the happy couple standing in front of their 'sold' sign. He captioned the photo with, "So ......the most incredible woman I've ever met and I just bought this beautiful little house #family #fiance #future."

Snezana and Eve have been living in Perth, while she and Sam have been doing the long distance thing - visiting each other when they can and missing each other when they're apart.

The couple who met on The Bachelor got engaged in December last year and are taking their relationship to the next stage.

The property which was advertised on Domain.com.au has been described as a 'unique and shining jewel'.

Wood sent a sly message about 'his girls' moving to Melbourne a day before he posted the 'sold' sign photo.

He wrote on his Instagram, "Ahhh Melbourne mornings. Training, late breakkie and great coffee in my new badass watch from @timelabel . My girls are going to love this city."

We're sure their little family will be extremely happy in their new family home.
