News that Kanye West had been rushed to hospital after a breakdown at a Los Angeles home in November last year worried fans worldwide.
No one was hit harder than his wife Kim Kardashian, who, while sitting with her sister Kourtney and mum Kris in a New York building, received a call that made her feel sick.
As with almost everything in the reality star’s life, the moment was captured by cameras that follow the family and will be replayed during an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

In a preview clip for the episode, which will air on E! this weekend, Kim can be heard having an intense conversation with one of Kayne’s friends.
“Why? What’s going on?” she asks, beginning to become distressed. “What’s wrong?”
“Don’t scare me please, what’s going on?”
As the phone call continues, the 36-year-old can be heard saying “I can’t” before she breaks down in tears.
Composing herself after the conversation, she tells her sister, “he’s like crying on the phone to me and he wouldn’t say what’s wrong.”
