Dear iVillagers,
After three kids in six years, I have put on 25 kilos that I really need to shed. I don't want to set a bad example to my daughters and it's getting harder for me to run around after them. And none of my clothes fit!
I've joined Weight Watchers and that's all going fine but I realise that I need to make time to exercise. But honestly, this has me absolutely stumped! My daughters are 2, 4 and 7 and my husband works quite long hours. I just don't know how I can commit to any form of exercise when I have to look after the kids three days a week and work the other two.
I'm sure other mothers have worked out ways to fit exercise into their busy routines but even the thought of it does my head in. I can't afford a personal trainer, I don't want to waste money on a gym membership when I can't get there often enough to make use of it and…..well, how do you do it? All advice is welcome!
Annabel
