People are scrambling to work alongside Mark Zuckerberg, and now the company has revealed the one question they put to every single interviewee. Forget the predictable “What do you think is your biggest weakness?” caper, this is one we haven’t heard before.
The company’s global head of recruiting, Miranda Kalinowski, recently told Business Insider that her favourite question to separate the great from the good candidates is this:
“On your very best day at work – the day you come home and think you have the best job in the world – what did you do that day?”
