The top jobs that keep people challenged at work, yet allow them to, you know, have a life as well have been analysed by Glassdoor, a jobs and recruiting site.

No, librarians, gardeners and builders surprisingly don’t make the cut. Apparently number-crunching, data-loving employees who are tied to the internet are the most satisfied. Go figure.

According to the site, there’s been a drop in work-life balance ratings over the past few years – from 3.5 out of 5 in 2009 to 3.2 in 2015 so far. The new ratings, which are based on at least 60,000 company reviews shared by employees, have ranked the top career roles for life satisfaction.

Interestingly, money doesn’t necessarily buy happiness when it comes to having a healthy work schedule. Half of the top ten jobs report salaries of under $50,000 per year.
