Reality TV star Zoe Hendrix has shared the wisdom of hindsight on Instagram.
The former Married At First Sight contestant and new mother, who gave birth to a baby girl in November last year, has a few parenting regrets.
“Looking back some things I will do different next time,” she said.
Hendrix said she would accept any help offered from family and friends in the future.
“Those early days are not the time to be a super hero domestic goddess baby juggler,” Hendrix said.
“Fill your freezer with food and your pantry with essentials,
“Tim Tams as essentials,” she added.
The 27-year-old wished she had taken more photos of her baby, Harper-Rose.
“Especially pics with your baby,” she said.
“Go mental, you can never have enough – just don’t upload them ALL to Facebook,” she added.
Hendrix also advised other mothers to indulge in pampering and beauty treatments before the baby arrives.
“You deserve it and God knows when you can again,” she said.
Harper is the first child for Hendrix and her Married at First Sight co-star Alex Garner.
The pair met and wed on the show’s second episode.
