We tracked down every glorious outfit Zoë Foster Blake wore on her Greece girls trip.

In news that will delight many a book club, Zoë Foster Blake is currently writing a novel about female friendships, set in Greece.

So in the name of *research*, the author and beauty entrepreneur travelled to Mykonos last week with a group of girlfriends.

The result? An Instagram carousel that should come with a warning for Euro-FOMO — replete with all the cocktails, boat trips, pebbly beaches and sunny blue balconies you'd expect of a Greek Island girl's trip.

In her next holiday fit check, Foster Blake wore these fun feather-trimmed lurex pants by Oseree Swimwear with a halter top by Deering World (sadly no longer available.)

In this sun-soaked snap, the author wore the Rose Midi Tee Dress from Alemais, which is currently sold out (it's available for hire here.)

The resortwear brand is one of Foster Blake's favourites, and in case you missed it, was heavily featured in Season 3 of The White Lotus on the ladies of the infamous girl's trip.

For this poolside pic, the entrepreneur teamed a sheer bodysuit by French designer Jacquemus with on-trend polka-dot pants. Her cat-eye sunglasses are Miu Miu.

The stylish writer nailed island chic in this textured sheer dress teamed with thongs. We haven't been able to track down the labels, but check back here for any updates!

In the caption to her Instagram post, Foster Blake shared how her Greek vacation came about.

"Partners, kids, career, ageing parents, interstate moves... Friends ain't the priority they once were. But sometimes, when the planets/spray tans align perfectly, the hallowed girl's trip makes it out of the group chat and into RL. And thank god for that. Women need unstructured time with other women… (somewhere warm where you get to dress up for bonus points.)"

She revealed her last big girl's trip was also to Mykonos, in 2010, for a milestone birthday.

"I turned 30, had lunch at Nammos, and ran fully clothed, squealing with my girlfriends, into the sea. It was time to go again," she wrote.

Foster Blake thanked husband Hamish Blake for taking care of the couple's two children during school holidays, and gave a shout-out to her friends who managed to make the trip — as well as the ones that couldn't be there.

"I f*cking LOVE my friends, new and old, and love exploring the many facets of female friendships more broadly," she wrote.

"The endless ribbing, the volume 10 hyping each other up, the deep, uncomfortable revelations, and of course, the unhinged WhatsApp group names. Romantic love is great, but female friendship is equally as powerful and precious a love story. I am so lucky to have the friends I do."
