Stranger Things won at the SAG Awards but Winona Ryder's face has stolen the show.

Winona Ryder’s facial expressions have stolen the show at the SAG Awards.

Stranger Things won a SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.

While David Harbour, the actor who plays Police Chief Jim Hopper in the series, read out a prepared acceptance speech, Ryder’s face did, well, all of these things:

Possibly unbeknownst to Ryder, Harbour made of the most of the opportunity and delivered a message of unity.

Although Harbour didn’t directly mention Trump and the ban on Muslim immigration, he delivered a pretty powerful rallying cry of support for all “freaks and outcasts, those who have no hope”.

He said: “To take your craft seriously and believe that great acting can change the world, it’s a call to arms from our fellow craftsmen and women to go deeper and battle against fear, self-centeredness, exclusivity.”

“We will shelter freaks and outcasts, those who have no hope. We will get past the lies. We will hunt monsters, and when we are at a loss against the hypocrisy and casual violence of certain individuals and institutions, we will ask to punch some people in the face. We will do it all. With soul, heart, and joy. We thank you for this responsibility. Thank you,” he added.

We’re guessing Winona just wasn’t prepared for such a powerful moment.
