Say hello to the winner of Dancing With The Stars 2023.

Ever wanted to dance the night away, but thought better not, not much going on down there besides two left feet?

Don't worry, you're not alone and that is precisely why we leave this up to the professionals.

So If you're a fan of dancing and Aussie celebs, you're probably tuned into a bit of Dancing With The Stars which has delivered some serious ballroom magic this season. 

We've watched as stars have stunned us with their elegant waltzes, their robust rumbas and even their tempestuous tangos, all in the effort to get their hands on that sparkling mirrorball trophy.

But last night saw the ballroom magic come to an end.

What was an emotional night for everyone involved, whether you we're watching on from home or dancing your heart out, it's safe to say there wasn't a dry eye in the room.

As each of the six grand finalists gave the performance of their lifetime, it was clear there was a true stand out who would be taking home the win.

The Human Nature singer Phil Burton received 39 points for his Motown performance to the Wilson Pickett’s Land of 1000 Dances, while his Home & Away competition Emily Weir scored the same for her Spice Girls Salsa. 

After each performance the judges would score they would then open it up to the audience to give their two cents, it was clear that even the audience felt that there was only one winner.

Phil Burton reigned victorious and was crowned winner of this season, receiving the mirrorball trophy and $20,000 to his chosen charity, NSW Police Legacy.

“This show has just been so incredible for the last seven weeks. I've had the absolute time of my life. And, you know, it is a competition but it doesn't feel like it when you are out here and you are with all these amazing people. It's been an absolute joy to be a part of it,” said Phil.

“I also want to thank my family who were here tonight, my beautiful wife and my kids. But the biggest thanks for me has to go to Ash. She's brought out a side in me that I never even knew existed.”

We can't wait to see what each of our beloved celebs will do next, but it's safe to say there will be some serious resting in the meantime.
