While there’s no doubt we enjoy our weekly dose of rose ceremonies, villa re-couplings and room reveals, guessing which celebrities are disguised as singing animals has well and truly become our new reality TV obsession.
Tonight on The Masked Singer, our final six celebrities once again took to the stage in odd costumes to perform covers of some of our favourite songs.
So far on the show, Gretel Killeen, Nikki Webster, Wendell Sailor, Brett Lee, Darren McMullen and country musician Adam Brand have all been unmasked.
In tonight’s episode, Lion hit the ground running with her performance of Maroon 5’s ‘Movies Like Jagger’. Then Monster had us feeling all the emotions with her rendition of “All by Myself” by Eric Carmen.
Spider crawled onto the stage next and sung David Guetta’s hit song ‘Titanium’. But it was Wolf’s performance of Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s ‘Shallow’ that had the judges amazed. And yes, he nailed Gaga’s high notes.
Robot decided to pay homage to the Minogue sisters and sang Kylie’s ‘Can’t Get You Out Of My Head’. And after that electrifying performance, Robot is definitely Cody Simpson.
The last to perform was Unicorn, who had us bopping along to her upbeat and colourful performance of ‘Forget You’ by Cee Lo Green.
But then came the moment that we’ve been waiting for. It was unveiling time.
After receiving the least amount of votes, Lion was forced to take off their mask. And it was none other than Australian singer and performer Kate Ceberano. And sorry Channel 10 but we guessed it.
