The week in gossip: jealousy is a curse

Stars, they’re not just like us, not at all. You just have to take a look at Kaley Cuoco’s wedding and Kim Kardashian’s festive snaps to know that … not that I’m jealous or anything (OK, I’m totally green … except for the being engaged to Kanye bit … I’m not even minty pastel about that bit).

>> Alyssa Milano turned the other cheek after fellow actor Jay Mohr told a radio show, Alyssa’s “very tiny — in height – [but] it seems like she had a baby and said, ‘I don’t really give a s**t’ – I read it on her gut."

He added: “Somebody sat in the director’s chair and was not wearing Spanx and I was like, ‘Jesus Christ’.”

Alyssa responded with a tweet on Christmas Day to her 2.6million followers, writing: “@jaymohr37 So sorry you felt the need to publicly fat-shame me. Be well and God Bless. Please send my love to your beautiful wife.”

>> While she briefly ditched her wedding ring amid allegations from a tabloid magazine that her husband Dean McDermott cheated on her, Tori Spelling put it – and her smile – back on for this family New Year’s photo. She wrote: “Happy New Year everyone! I can NOT believe it’s 2014. Time flies when you’re having fun… and when you have 4 little ones running around! We rang in the New Year with (kid-friendly) cocktails, lots of yummy treats and some quality family time.”
