If you get scared easily, it’s time to look away.
Netflix have released a brand new horror series and according to reactions, it’s… terrifying.
In fact, it’s apparently so scary, viewers are being left unable to sleep after watching it.
The five-part series, titled Typewriter, was released on the streaming platform on July 19, and has since been compared to everything from Stranger Things to The Haunting of Hill House.

Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, the series, which is set in an Indian coastal town, follows three young friends who decide to visit a haunted house in the hopes of capturing a ghost. (Essentially it’s Stranger Things but without the ’80s nostalgia and Jim Hopper’s glorious moustache.)
The group of friends decided to visit the haunted house after hearing about the legend of Madhav Mathews – an author who mysteriously died of a heart attack in the house while writing his next book, The Ghost of Sultanpore.
