Celebrities have responded to Donald Trump telling his female staff to "dress like a woman."

Donald Trump has called for his female staffers to #DressLikeAWoman and the response from celebrities has been everything we could have hoped for.

According to news website Axios, the new POTUS has such an obsession “with optics, style and TV glam” that he has famously strict standards for what his staff wear to work. Ties, for example, are reportedly compulsory (wide is best) and ill-fitting suits are heavily frowned upon (oh, the irony.)

And women, well, they need to dress ‘like a woman’ apparently. And in Donald Trump’s world that means wearing a dress or a skirt.

Over the past couple of days women from all over the world took to Twitter to showcase everything that ‘dressing like a woman’ in 2017 encompasses.

Users posted photos of women wearing hijabs, military uniforms, police uniforms, fancy tuxedo suits, astronaut suits, and of course, Hillary Clinton pantsuits.

And among them were these glorious responses from celebrities:

So POTUS, it looks like to #DressLikeAWoman means being a woman, putting on clothes and getting stuff done.
