Mamamia recaps The Golden Bachelor: Hell hath no fury like Bear's dumped girlfriend.

We made it! We got here! After a handful of magical weeks, The Golden Bachelor has finally handed out his final rose.

The whole crew arrives in beautiful Cape Town in South Africa, where host Sammy surmises that 'the Garden of Eden once stood'. I love that Lady Gaga song!

Bear is ready to introduce Sunny and Janette to his sons Charlie and Jack, plus his (very Canadian) brother Tim.

Janette arrives first. "We are in Africa!" she announces. Well, kinda.

Charlie and Jack are big fans of Janette because, umm... she does pilates. Tim tries to smash through her 'walls' by interrogating Janette about her feelings for Bear.

"I won't say I love him at the moment…" she offers.

"WHY?!" he replies.

GET OFF HER JOCK, TIM.

She tells him it's been a 'slow progression' and he cuts her off to say "It's been about six weeks!". That is err… not long, mate. Ugh, I love the sons but I hate this guy.

Sunny is up next! Yay! I missed her so much! She tells the sons that her nickname is 'Sunny Bunny, the energiser'. She is grilled by Charlie and Jack and gives a weird response when asked about what she likes about their father. "He's so strong," she bizarrely replies.

The sons ain't too happy. Then she drops the bombshell that she's only been single for six months.

"This is going to sound a little brutal," Charlie begins.

"Are you comfortable getting straight back into a relationship?"

That was brutal? LOL. Aww, these are quite sweet boys.

She tells the sons that she is 'beginning to fall in love' with their dad. In a chat without the women present, Tim drags Janette for being 'noncommittal' when speaking of Bear, but the sons liked her.

Charlie and Jack said Sunny was 'super keen' on their dad, but are concerned that he's a rebound. "Is it love or lust?" they wonder.

Bear is left 'more confused' than ever. Perfect!

Sammy decides she's not getting enough of the action, so she takes Janette on a date. She tells the host that Tim seemed to doubt she was there for the right reasons.

Then Janette throws some weird shade at Sunny. "He clearly sees something special in her, I'm not sure what it is," Janette says. Okay, bit rude.

Janette admits that six weeks isn't long enough for her to fall in love. I'm actually loving this honesty because a lot of people would feel this way.

On their final date, Bear takes Janette on safari. Omg, my dream date. Where was my invite, fam?? "Hey big guys!" Janette greets a couple of ostriches. They're giving 'I don't know her' energy and they move on.

Janette gets choked up as they approach a trio of lions. It's okay, hun. They're probably not hungry. Over an artisan cheeseboard, Janette encourages Bear to look at the scenery because, umm… they're literally in a South African safari.

"I don't want to, I see what I want to see in front of me," he replies. Ugh.

It's cringe lines like this that make me wonder if he keeps a book of cheesy Canadian pickup lines inside his left shoe.

But wait, Janette finally says how she feels. "Love is a big word for me and I don't say it very easily… but I'm falling for you." FINALLY, DOLL.

Janette says in her confessional that she's confident Bear will choose her. Oop.

Back with Sammy, she romances Sunny, who is thinking everything with Bear's sons is sunshine and roses, but still has her daughters' warning in her head. They previously said Sunny was more into Bear than he was.

On their last date, Bear tells Sunny they're swimming with tiny little penguins, and you may as well have told her she's swimming with 50 great white sharks. Horror music plays.

"Oh my God, they were so scary!" she shrieks. They are truly terrifying creatures from the depths of hell!

Against the odds, Sunny survives this harrowing experience. Over a platter of oysters, Sunny tells Bear how much she can't wait to hump him and then says he made her 'feel like a woman again'. Great!

She admits she's in love with him. "Yeah…" he oddly replies. Before she can say anything else, he rams his tongue in her mouth. Not in front of the penguins, Bear!

And it's decision time! Okay, let's not drag this out — like the finale did. Bear tells Sammy he's 'in love' and is 'certain he's found the one.'

Janette is up first which translates to 'uh oh' in Bachie. Bear tells her that she "deserves a love worth fighting for, but I'm so sorry it's not with me." Ooft, savage.

She delivers some fighting words in reply, telling him she knew 'from his eyes' he was about to reject her, then tells him "don't disrespect Sunny" as he continues to talk about their connection.

When he apologises, she tells him "You're sorry? Then stop saying it."

OMG, DESTROY HIM. DRAG HIM TO HELL. I CRAVE THIS LEVEL OF SASS.

"I thought it was me. I thought he was going to choose me," an emotional Janette says on her drive back. Okay, I am crying.

"My turn will come. There's still someone out there for me," she says. Ooft. What a woman.

Okay, time for good news: Sunny arrives and Bear professes his feels. "I didn't know I'd be lucky enough to fall in love again," he begins. "When I think about the future… I can't imagine doing it without you and I feel so lucky to have found you. I love you."

SCREAMING, CRYING, THROWING UP.

Sunny has her own speech to deliver because, of course. "My heart is full of joy and happiness for you. I'm looking forward to a journey with you in this life."

He gives her a ring that's a 'token of his love and a sign of commitment' aka it's not an engagement ring. And we're done.

Wow. I'm feeling all the feelings and I really hope these two went the distance! Or else, I need to see Sunny on The Golden Bachelorette next year. As long as Sunny is happy, I'm happy!
