Two firefighters and a politician: The Bachelorette contestants vying for Angie's heart.

Gather round, people. The time is finally here and we cannot possibly contain our excitement for another minute.

We have some very important Bachie news to share. All 21 contestants vying for Angie Kent’s heart on The Bachelorette have finally been announced.

From next Wednesday, Gogglebox and I’m A Celebrity star Angie Kent will be back on our screens as she begins her nationwide search for love.

As our fifth Bachelorette, the 29-year-old dog lover and self-confessed ‘bogan’ will have her pick from 21 eligible bachelors.

And this season, we have a real mixed bag of contestants – there’s a fitness trainer, a firefighter, a football player and a… local politician.

Based on the profiles, we seem to already have a few frontrunners, a handful of of promising hopefuls and the occasional wild card. And continuing the Bachie tradition, we of course have a guy named Matt.

Here's the 21 contestants vying for Angie's heart.

Jamie

We've been briefly introduced to Jamie during this season's promo clips, but he already seems to have won over Angie.

The 39-year-old firefighter rocked up to The Bachelorette red carpet wearing a singlet and suspenders and holding a goddamn puppy.

Seriously, what more could we all Angie want?

When it comes to dating, Jamie believes the best move is to simply listen and take a genuine interest in the other person.

Yep, we're already calling it, Jamie is a definite front-runner.

Carlin

Carlin is a 30-year-old fitness trainer and a classic old school romantic... hence the bow-tie. 

Carlin is a laid back foodie who enjoys spontaneous road trips.

He says his ex would describe him as "kind, passionate, confident".

Alex

Alex is a rugged 26-year-old landscaper who's never been in a relationship before. And... how?

Don't let the charcoal turtleneck fool you, Alex is actually covered in tattoos.

He's a happy-go-lucky kind of guy and says his dream date would be “some sporty fun in the sun."

Timm

We've already been introduced to Timm with two m's in a promo clip where he rocks up to the Bachelorette red carpet with an unnecessarily large bouquet of sunflowers.

Timm is a is a 27-year-old fireproofer and jokester who doesn't take life too seriously.

One of his guilty pleasures includes buying flowers for himelf every Sunday... which obviously explains the whole sunflower thing.

Jackson

At 25 years old, Jackson is one of this season's youngest contestants.

Jackson seems to have a lot of different things going on for him. He plays football, studies psychology at university and works at his family's pie business.

He's looking for a sporty girl to settle down with.

Josh

Like Angie, Josh is a big animal lover and even owns his own mobile zoo.

He loves the outdoors and is passionate about teaching kids the importance of conservation. Can we please have more Josh's in the world?

After watching Angie on TV, Josh says he's already attracted to Angie's fun and bubbly personality.

Matt

Matt is a 27-year-old professional BMX stunt rider who is looking for a fun-loving girl to go on adventures with.

But there's a good chance that girl might not be Angie.

You see, Matt has already been spotted out with Married At Fist Sight star, Jessika Power, who posted a picture of the pair to her Instagram.

According to the Daily Mail, the photo was taken recently which suggests Angie doesn't end up picking Matt.

So we may have to cross Matt off our list already.

Adam

Let's move on to 34-year-old Adam, who is a previously married dad-of-two looking for someone to join his family.

Adam describes himself as a free spirit and loves adventure or anything to do with the outdoors.

At the end of the day, he just wants to be with someone who's funny, intelligent and who he can be best mates with.

Glenn

Glenn is a 31-year-old honest family man who is looking for a girl he can bring home for Sunday roast.

A clear romantic, he believes “love is one of the best things that can happen to you in life”.

Glenn's strategy going into the mansion is to try and get as much one-on-one time with Angie as possible. We're rooting for you Glenn.

Jess

Okay, so far we have a firefighter, a landscaper, a fitness trainer and a football player vying for Angie's heart. They're the usual types of professions we see on the show.

But now I would like to introduce you to Jess, a local politician.

Despite his career choice, Jess isn't looking for someone who takes life too seriously. He's after his dream girl who he can go on adventures with. Like Angie, Jess hails from the Sunshine Coast and loves to cook seafood.

Kayde

Kayde is a 25-year-old luxury car salesman. He's cheeky and confident and says he's always ready to bust out some “sweet Magic Mike moves”.

If he could be any dog breed, Kayde says he would be "a Chihuahua and get carried around in a bag all day being fabulous."

So... yeah, that's Kayde.

Scot

Moving on to Scot, who is endearingly known as ‘Scooter’ by his friends.

27-year-old Scooter is done with short-time relationships and wants to find someone to ride through life with. (Pun intended).

He's a glass half full kind of guy and says his ex would describe him as "cheeky, playful, gentlemen-like".

Haydn

Haydn is a 32-year-old carpenter and firefighter. Yep, another firefighter.

He's a down-to-earth guy who loves adventures, just as much as staying in and he plans to build his own house one day.

Ciarran

25-year-old Ciarran is another contestant we've already met on the red carpet.

As you can probably already tell by his suit, Ciarran has a very bold and vibrant personality.  He likes the finer things in life and describes himself  as "flirty, flamboyant and fabulously British".

Ciarran thinks he will make a good match with Angie because they're both "hot blondes".

Jesse

Jesse is a 31-year-old house and land specialist who is attracted to confident women.

He strives for success but also doesn't take himself too seriously and enjoys a laugh.

Jesse is looking to get married and says his ex would describe him as the "best partner ever."

Mitch

Mitch has been one of the youngest fleet commanders in the navy, and is hoping to rise to the ranks to win Angie's heart.

His plan is to just be himself and show off his cheeky and fun side.

Niranga

At 28 years old, Niranga has played both state and national rugby, as well as cricket.

The aircraft engineer is hoping Angie is his perfect match, as he's looking to get married and have kids in the next 10 years.

Niranga says his turn-offs are "bad breath, bad body odour and too much makeup."

Tom

Tom is another Queenslander trying to win Angie's heart.

Working as part of a Cabin Crew, Tom loves travelling the world and chasing new adventures.

His turn-offs include negativity and possessive behaviour, but his big deal breaker is being a vegan .

Olivier

Oliver is one of those friendly and extroverted social butterflies.

He says he's unlike any other guy Angie would of dated because he's unpredictable and likes living life on the edge.

Warwick  

And last but not least we have warm-hearted Warwick.

The 36-year-old is looking for a genuine girl who he can laugh with and gives him butterflies.

He enjoys sitting around a campfire with his mates and cracking open a couple of cold ones.
