1. The Bachelorette’s Angie Kent just weighed in on Matt and Chelsie’s breakup.

Ever since The Bachelor’s Matt Agnew and Chelsie McLeod announced their split, we’ve all been wondering why their relationship failed to ‘translate from filming to the real, everyday world’.

But fellow Bachie star Angie Kent says she understands.

During Angie and Carlin’s appearance on Have You Been Paying Attention? on Monday night, Angie explained that she empathises with the struggles the Bachelor couple may have faced.

“Once you get out of the Bachie bubble, it’s up to you then to kind of create a connection and see how it goes,” Angie said.

“It’s hardcore,” she added.

Earlier this year, Angie told Mia Freedman on Mamamia’s No Filter podcast that it’s challenging to navigate a relationship when the show finishes.

“You’re dating in front of a cameraman and producers and all that, but it does become real because that’s all you know because you’re in the Bachie bubble,” Angie said.

“So then once you’re out, that’s when it starts. But still not really because it’s once the show is done that you have a normal-ish relationship. So it’s kind of navigating when you’re filming, when you’re together but not together, and then starting your relationship properly once it’s all done.”

2. Jennifer Lopez was named one of GQ’s Men of the Year – these are the details you need to know from her interview.

She’s a best-selling singer, incredible actress, and has been nominated for two Grammys and a Golden Globe, but now Jennifer Lopez has another achievement she can add to her list – she’s just been named one of GQ’s Men of the Year.

Yep, you read that right, J.Lo has been awarded the male-centric title, alongside Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, and Tyler, The Creator.

As well as featuring on the cover, Lopez sat down with the magazine for a candid interview where she shared details about her relationship with fiancé Alex Rodriguez and her movie Hustlers.

The mother-of-two said despite having different careers, she and Alex make each other better people.

“We’re both super-hard workers. We’re driven by our passions. And we have a tremendous amount of respect for each other.

“We’re really alike in our drive, in our ambition. He’s an athlete. He wanted to be the best. I’m the same way. I just want to be great at what I do. We’re both like that,” she said.

J.Lo also confessed she wasn’t paid for her hit movie Hustlers.

“I did it for free and produced it. Like ‘Jenny from the Block’ – I do what I love.”

Jennifer went on to explain during the interview that money isn’t her main motivator.

“A lot of things make me horny – I don’t think money is one of them. But I do like money! Money is an amazing thing!

“I don’t know that it turns me on, but it does make things easier.”

3. Oh no. ‘Sources’ are now saying The Bachelorette’s Angie Kent has been sending Ciarran Stott messages.

Apparently The Bachelorette’s Angie Kent has been messaging former contestant Ciarran Stott, because of course she has and can this poor woman catch a break?

Since the show ended, Angie and her partner Carlin Sterritt’s relationship has been put under a microscope, with questions of authenticity coming into play. Hint: It’s none of our business. Although, yeah, we do care. We’re a complicated bunch.

Supposed ‘sources’ have revealed to WHO magazine that Angie allegedly reached out to Ciarran as the finale aired, writing something along the lines of: ‘Hey you, please call me, we need to chat. I don’t want to speak over text.’

Be warned, the ‘source’ couldn’t recall the exact words.

The source described Ciarran as “flattered” but said he did not reply to the message.

“He discussed it with the boys because he wasn’t sure what to do,” they claimed. “He wanted to speak to her, but he’s loyal and didn’t want to disrespect anyone.”

And now a second source has shared that producers were willing Ciarran to return to the show as late as the finale.

“If he did return, he would have won.”

Yeah… okay.

4. “You’re insane.” Taylor Swift’s ex John Mayer just made fun of her song ‘Lover’ and her fans are… not happy.

A video has emerged on Twitter of Taylor Swift’s ex, John Mayer, poking fun at the lyrics to her new song ‘Lover’ and swifties are not impressed.

A video doing the rounds on the internet shows Mayer sitting next to Taylor’s recent collaborator, Shawn Mendes, and singing over her track – changing the lyrics.

The original lyrics say: “We could leave the Christmas lights up ’til January. This is our place, we make the rules.”

In John’s impromptu remix, he sings: “You’re insane. Everyone keeps their Christmas lights up until January. And I go, ‘Can you really?’ Because normally I take my Christmas lights down on December 29.”

Shawn can be seen laughing and leaning away from the camera as John continues: “We can keep the Christmas lights up till January. And then about January 5th, we’ll take the lights down. And then we’ll put ’em in a box and we’ll label that box ‘Christmas Lights’. Yeah, we’ll put ’em in the attic until next December.”

Given Taylor has previously written a song about Mayer (aptly titled ‘Dear John’) which featured on her album Speak Now, we don’t think he should be the one laughing…

 5. From Miley Cyrus to Zoë Kravitz: Just 19 celebrity children who look exactly like their famous mothers.

It never ceases to amaze us when celebrity kids look just like their famous parents.

From Reese Witherspoon and Ava Phillippe to Cindy Crawford and Kaia Gerber, there’s no denying that some celebrities and their daughters are basically straight up doppelgängers.

On Monday, Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen continued the trend when she shared a side-by-side photo of herself as a child and a current photo of her six-year-old daughter, Vivian Lake Brady, on Instagram.

And as expected, the resemblance is uncanny.

“Do you guys think my baby girl and I look alike?” Gisele wrote to her 15.5 million Instagram followers.

In the photo, Gisele and her daughter have similar smiles, facial shapes, hairstyles and even poses.

“You two are exactly alike! Those genes are strong,” one person commented.

“Same smile exactly!” another said.
