This three-minute film is so beautiful, it’s hard to believe it’s a commercial.

In the short video, originally an ad for Thai Life Insurance, an unnamed man pauses throughout his day to carry out small deeds of kindness — leaving some snacks outside an old lady’s door, offering up his seat on the bus, handing out a few notes to a tiny beggar.

He doesn’t receive any money, fame or recognition for his trouble. But what he does get in return?

Well, we can’t give that away. But it’s just gorgeous.
