Oh.
This… happened.
A tween boy named Anthony accidentally went to elementary school wearing a very, erm, not safe for school t-shirt.
At first glance the t-shirt in question looks like it has the McDonald’s golden arches logo on it. But if you look a lil’ bit closer you see that it’s actually a pair of women’s legs… spreadeagled.
His mum, Shelly McCullar, explained the whole t-shirt incident on Facebook.
“Once again, my sincere apologies to the teachers and staff at Travis Elementary. I promise from now on to monitor what my kids are wearing! I had no idea Anthony wore this to school,” she wrote.
“Just to clarify, I would never let my kid wear something like this. A friend had given me some hand me down clothes for Anthony. I haven’t had the chance to completely go through them. I will tonight though.”
“Through my embarrassment, I did lmao [laugh my a** off],” she added.
Shelly also uploaded a video of Anthony explaining that he thought it was the golden arches too.
“This was one of the shirts in it and I thought it was like McDonald’s,” he says in the video.
“Did the teachers stop you or anything?” Shelley asks.
“They thought it was McDonald’s too,” he replies.
Shelly’s post has already been shared almost 90,000 times and many people have commented, saying they too thought it was McDonald’s at first glance.
“Oh poor little guy, but it’s so funny. I thought it was McDonald’s too until I paid more attention to it,” one person commented.
“Omg, I thought so too. But looking at it closer. Omg, I feel bad for the kid and the mom,” added someone else.
“Oh boy, I can’t stop laughing. To be fair my boys raid the hand-me-downs sometimes without me going through but I’ll defo be checking them from now on hahaha,” someone else commented.
Um… we’re lovin’ it?
