Taylor Swift is dropping a movie and a TV show. Here's everything you need to know.

Swifties, listen up.

We've got some exciting news in the world of Taylor Swift cinematography: you're about to be treated to a feast.

Soon-to-be-Mrs Taylor Alison Swift might be hot off the heels of releasing her twelfth studio album The Life Of A Showgirl and getting engaged, but she is not resting on her laurels, no.

She's releasing two new projects: a six-part docuseries to be titled 'The End of an Era', along with a new concert film of the final show of the Eras Tour, which will include The Tortured Poet's Department set.

For the uninitiated, Swift released her eleventh studio album The Tortured Poet's Department during the Eras Tour, so it was not included in the first half of the shows or the original movie.

Now we'll get to relive the tour once more, and specifically, that final poignant show.

So, when is all this coming out, and how can you tune in from Australia? Here's what you need to know.

Swift announced the project during an appearance on Good Morning America, before sharing the trailer on Instagram.

"We wanted to remember every moment leading up to the culmination of the most important and intense chapter of our lives," Swift wrote.

"So we allowed filmmakers to capture this tour and all the stories woven throughout it as it wound down. And to film the final show in its entirety."

Fans have been asking for a behind-the-scenes look at The Eras Tour since the very beginning, and this was an exciting nod that we might finally be getting it.

This tour has meant so much to fans, particularly as it covered such a big time of change in Swift's personal life.

Whether or not the documentary will cover her mourning her relationship with ex Joe Alwyn, starting and ending a tryst with The 1975 frontman Matty Healy, or falling in love with her now-fiancé Travis Kelce, we do not know.

But boy, do fans hope.

And, given the chart-topping tour spanned 149 shows across five continents, grossing over US$2 billion, they want to relive the majesty of this amazing tour.

The new documentary promises an "intimate Lavender Haze experience", exploring the emotional highs and lows of the tour, its meticulous costume design, and the creative process that shaped one of the most talked-about cultural events in recent years.

What's the difference between 'The End of an Era' and 'The Final Show'?

The End of an Era is the six-part docuseries, offering a look behind the curtain — from rehearsals and set design to candid reflections from Swift herself.

While The Final Show is the concert film, capturing Swift's very last Eras Tour performance in Vancouver, including The Tortured Poets Department set for the first time.

Together, they form the definitive closing chapter of The Eras Tour era.

Who is in Taylor Swift's Eras Tour docuseries?

The docuseries will feature tour openers Gracie Abrams and Sabrina Carpenter, as well as guest appearances from Ed Sheeran and Florence Welch, both of whom collaborated with Swift on The Tortured Poets Department.

We can't wait to see if new beau Travis Kelce will also make an appearance, or if it will delve as deep into her personal life as her previous documentary Miss Americana did during the Reputation tour.

All we can say is, watch this space.
