It seems like Sophie Monk is just like the rest of us when it comes to her diet – a couple of good days followed by a big old blowout.
The former Bachelorette told James Weir from News.com.au that on a good day she follows a pretty strict meal plan.
The 37-year-old starts her day with a breakfast of egg whites with tomato, mushroom, avocado and salmon.
Then she usually has fish for lunch, followed by a poke bowl (“or three”) for dinner.
Listen: Sophie Monk says she felt like a reject in Bardot because of her size. (Post continues after audio…)
“I eat a lot of fish — I’m surprised I haven’t got mercury poisoning,” she told the publication.
However, the former Bardot star admitted not all her days look like this – she usually enjoys a “blow out day” every third day.
“I can eat three pizzas easy. And ice cream. I love ice cream — vanilla and I sprinkle Milo on it. Sometimes I have it with cereal, too — Frosted Flakes. It adds a nice crunch,” she said.
Monk, who will be hosting Love Island next year, has recently spent a lot of time in Sydney’s Bondi, and there’s one thing she just doesn’t get about the beachside suburb – their obsession with kale (We hear you, Soph).
“I’d rather eat a tree,” she said. “I don’t get it when people say, ‘kale’s beautiful’. No! It tastes like dirt!”
