The definitive proof that Sophie Monk and Stu Laundy are madly in love.

Well.

Excuse us while we cut ourselves a sizeable piece of humble pie and eat it with a side of shame. 

You see, we were once convinced in our minds but also in our souls that Sophie Monk and Stu Laundy were no longer together. The evidence was overwhelming.

But.

We are researchers, and if new information contradicts what we once believed then we are very much open to having our minds changed.

And that is precisely what has happened.

On Saturday, at roughly 4pm, 44-year-old Stu Laundy uploaded a video to Instagram with the caption, “Happy bday one last time Sophie Monk“.

The one minute video, which has now been viewed almost 25,000 times, features Laundy, a publican, singing ‘Opportunity’ by Pete Murray.

Another man is seen playing the song on the guitar, while Laundy sings the words with a glass of red wine in hand.

No man in the history of the universe has sung a song at a TABLE in a PUBLIC PLACE to a woman he is not madly in love with. That is a true fact.

Monk, who turned 38 on the 14th of December, is filming the performance and loving it.

Earlier this month, Laundy uploaded a video of Monk attempting to catch hail with her hands and they can both be heard laughing.
