From Scratch became an immediate hit when it dropped onto Netflix a week and a half ago. 

Based on Tembi Locke's 2018 bestselling memoir, the series follows the story of American woman Amy (played by Zoe Saldaña) who meets Sicilian chef Lino (Eugenio Mastrandrea) while studying in Florence. 

The pair eventually settle down in LA, before tragedy strikes.

When parents Jack and Rebecca (Milo Ventimiglia and Mandy Moore) give birth to their twins Kate and Kevin (Chrissy Metz and Justin Hartley), they meet a newborn baby named Randall (Sterling K. Brown) who is born just a day before their own babies. 

After adopting baby Randall, the three are raised as triplets. While they are brought up by the same loving parents under the same exact roof, their life experiences could not be any more different.
