Married at First Sight's Sean Thomsen just took a cruel swipe at Tracey Jewel.

It would appear the contestants of Married at First Sight have uncovered the perfect recipe to staying in the headlines: Publicly diss one an another on social media and wham bam, the coverage comes.

Just two days after Ryan Gallagher publicly blasted Tracey Jewel on Instagram after she announced her new relationship while simultaneously pleading for privacy (¯\_(ツ)_/¯), Sean Thomsen has joined the party in a spectacularly cruel way.

On his Instagram story,  Thomsen screenshotted one of his ex-girlfriend Tracey Jewel’s own Instagram stories, writing: “Davina, you are a saint in comparison.”

“Have to laugh at yourself,” he added.

On the weekend, Jewel announced she had reunited with another ex-boyfriend, just three weeks after splitting with Thomsen.

“After everything I’ve been through with MAFS, it seems true love always finds its way back into our lives,” she captioned a photo of the pair together on Instagram.

“I’ve had a few detours but I now know where my heart always belonged. If two people are meant to be together then they will always find a way!

“We wish our relationship to be as private as possible; Patrick and I are just delighted to be together again – we feel blessed to have each other. Thank you for your love and support."

Nothing like pitting two women against each other to win an argument, eh?
