The fallout from Sean 'Diddy' Combs' arrest continues.

On September 16 2024, Combs was arrested at a Manhattan hotel. Unsealed documents revealed he was charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. The court documents stated the rapper had "abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfil sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct".

Then in early October, Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee stated he planned to file lawsuits from more than 120 alleged victims, with allegations dating back more than 20 years.

"We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates," Buzbee said during a press conference.

The arrest and lawsuit came on the heels of a leaked video that showed Diddy chasing, beating and dragging his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hotel lobby in 2016. Combs later apologised for the video. Cassie settled a lawsuit against Diddy in November 2023.

The rapper's mother, Janice Small Combs, released a statement through her family's attorney. She said she was "devastated and profoundly saddened" by the allegations against her son and claimed his accusers were "seeking a financial gain".

Judge Arun Subramanian has announced Combs will stand trial on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges, starting on May 5.

Here are all the latest updates since Diddy was arrested.

Listen to The Quicky discuss the full timeline of Diddy's allegations. Post continues below.

February 22: One of Diddy's lawyers quits the case.

Just three months out from Diddy's trial, one of the music mogul's lawyers has pulled out of the criminal sex-trafficking case.

According to court papers, Anthony Ricco filed a motion on Thursday, February 20 to withdraw as one of the 55-year-old's six defence attorneys — without explanation.

"Under no circumstances can I continue to effectively serve as counsel for Sean Combs," Ricco wrote in the Manhattan federal court affidavit.

"It is respectfully but regrettably requested that the court grant the relief requested."

The bid won't be official until a judge signs off on it, and they must find sufficient reason to approve the request. But according to Ricco, they will.

He didn't divulge his reason for stepping down, which it's been suggested was to protect attorney-client privilege. He did, however, note that the decision came after speaking with Combs' lead counsel, Marc Agnifilo.

The lawyer insisted that "there are sufficient reasons" for his stepping down from the case, and assured the judge that his resignation wouldn't delay the May trial, as Combs "will continue to be represented by five other attorneys of record".

January 14: Diddy's lawyers demand authorities turn over 'freak-off' videos.

In a disturbing filing on January 14, Diddy's lawyers demanded authorities hand over videos of his alleged 'freak-offs', claiming they will 'prove his innocence' in court.

Per The Daily Mail, Diddy's lawyers submitted a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian asking to have prosecutors produce nine videos the rapper is said to have partaken in. His lawyers say the videos absolve him of any wrongdoing and show 'private sexual activity' between himself and his then-partner, Cassie Ventura.

At this stage, the nine videos in question have been kept under wraps because Ventura's attorney requested they not be shared in order to protect her privacy. The government agreed.

Due to these constraints, Diddy's lawyers are only allowed to view them under the supervision of law enforcement. They're now asking for more access in order to capture stills for their exhibits as they approach the May 5 trial date.

They claim the access will prove that Ventura, named in the indictment and court documents as Victim 1, 'not only consented, but thoroughly enjoyed herself'.

Ventura and Diddy dated from 2007 to 2018. In 2023, she accused Diddy of coercion, physical abuse and rape. She accused him of plying her with drugs, beating her and forcing her to have sex with a succession of male prostitutes while he filmed the encounters. She also accused him of raping her towards the end of their relationship in 2018. They settled their suit in 2023.

In the new court filing related to his criminal trial, Diddy's lawyers are seeking to gain greater access to nine videos of Diddy and Ventura.

"The recordings also directly refute the allegations that Mr Combs kept these videos as 'collateral'. These recordings were not on Mr. Combs' devices and were not seized from his homes," their letter continued. "Rather, Victim-1 kept these videos on her own device for years and produced them to the government herself.'"

"There are no secret cameras, no orgies, no other celebrities involved, no underground tunnels, no minors and not so much as a hint of coercion or violence," they claim.

This is in reference to these nine videos only, the details of which remain under wraps at this stage.

The lawyers claim they need to be able to view the videos closely in order to prepare for trial. They also claim this has to do with 'women's sexual power'.

"Any fair-minded viewer of the videos will quickly conclude that the prosecution of Mr. Combs is both sexist and puritanical," they claim. "It is sexist because the government's theory perpetuates stereotypes of female victimhood and lack of agency.

"The prosecution reflects a paternalistic view that the government is here to protect women, who cannot be trusted to make their own decision about sex, and are not capable of consenting to sex that the prosecutors view as outside the 'norm'."

Ventura accused Diddy of coercion, rape and physical abuse throughout their relationship. These are just nine videos taken across their 11 years together.

January 13: A new documentary is set to share bombshell claims from alleged victims.

Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy is premiering on January 15 on Binge, featuring shocking allegations against Sean 'Diddy' Combs. The 90-minute special features interviews with childhood friends, former bodyguards and industry insiders.

The documentary includes an interview with a woman named Ashley, who has launched a lawsuit against Diddy.

Ashley's claim accuses Combs of sexual assault and battery, abuse, false imprisonment and kidnapping.

In the filing, she says that she met Combs over FaceTime after meeting a man in a bar. She allegedly claimed on the call that she believed Diddy played a role in the controversial death of rapper Tupac Shakur in 1996.

She claims that the man she met then 'set her up' for an attack a month later.

She was allegedly in the man's apartment in Orinda, California in March 2018, when he asked her to help him with his cancer medication. There, she claims Combs threatened her with a knife and threatened to give her a 'Glasgow smile', which refers to cutting the edges of the mouth upwards.

Ashley claims a woman present Kristina Khorram, encouraged Diddy not to cut her as then they couldn't "sell" her. She alleges that Diddy proceeded to rape her, before being raped by three of the four men in the room. Read more on Ashley's story here.

January 12: A babysitter has filed a lawsuit claiming she was raped by Diddy.

A woman has come forward, identified anonymously as a Jane Doe, stating that she was raped by Diddy when she was just sixteen years old.

The young girl was a babysitter, working in the Manhattan apartment building where Combs' then-romantic partner resided. The name of the partner is left out of the lawsuit but is described as a "well-known woman."

She claims to have encountered Combs and two of his associates outside of the building, who she says persistently offered her a ride home. The Jane Doe refused the offer on several occasions, but eventually acquiesced to the pressure and accepted the offer.

After much cajoling by Combs, she agreed and got into his car," the suit alleges. "Getting into Combs' car that day was something plaintiff would come to regret forever."

Instead of being taken home, the plaintiff alleges she was given a drink to "calm her down" which left her feeling "groggy" and "unsteady".

The plaintiff alleges she was taken to another location where Combs raped her. Eventually, the two men drove the young woman home, leaving her in the lobby of her apartment building.

The lawsuit has been filed in New York, where the plaintiff was living with her parents at the time of the alleged incident.

Combs' lawyers denied the allegations, saying that "no matter how many lawsuits are filed", it won't change his stance of innocence.

December 23: A new lawsuit from a former employee.

Phillip Pines, a former employee of Diddy, has filed a lawsuit against the rapper. In the suit, he claims Diddy treated him "like an animal playing fetch in order to prove his loyalty."

Attorneys for Pines claim in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on December 23 that between December 2019 to December 2021, Diddy pressured Pines into having sex with a woman and orchestrated parties where he engaged in sex, drugs and alcohol.

Pines, who says he was given the title of senior executive assistant, has also alleged he was asked to set up and clean up for Diddy's "Wild King Nights".

Variety, who obtained a copy of the complaint, stated the suit alleges Pines was expected to provide "red lights, ice buckets, alcohol, marijuana joints, honey packs for male libido, baby oil, astro glide, towels, illegal drugs and power banger sex machines" for the parties.

Once the parties were over, Pines was responsible for cleaning rooms where these events took place and was tasked with removing evidence of drugs, sex toys, removing bodily stains like blood and urine from furniture or sheets, packing away used items, and he was made to watch incriminating videos from Diddy's personal devices and then delete them.

"He was instructed to show his loyalty to Sean Combs," states the complaint. "If [Plaintiff] refused, he was told he would be terminated and would be blackballed from the industry, along with repercussions."

Pines' lawsuit also details an incident where Diddy had two female guests over, and pushed Pines to have sex with one of them. Pines claims he asked for consent 'hoping the woman would say no', but the female guest consented. After engaging in sex 'for a few moments' he stopped and left the room.

He also claims he saw Diddy kicking a guest at a Miami party, and that Diddy threw his 51st birthday party while infected with COVID, leading to other guests falling ill.

In a statement to People Magazine, Diddy's lawyers denied the allegations. They say "truth" will prevail in court.

"No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor," the statement read. "We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court."

The many civil lawsuits are separate to the criminal charges laid against him. He'll face court on May 5, 2025, for his criminal trial.

December 13: Another lawsuit, and the three words Diddy's alleged victim said.

An additional three men have sued Diddy, accusing the hip-hop mogul of drugging and raping them in the years between 2019 to 2022. The complainants allege that they were plied with spiked drinks and then attacked while unconscious.

The allegations in the documents are chilling.

One of the three alleged victims (they're all identified as John Doe), claims that he was drugged after meeting with Diddy in a New York hotel to discuss finances.

He alleges that he awoke from being drugged mid-way through the sexual assault, and that Combs told him, "I'm almost done."

The lawsuit was filed anonymously in a state court by Thomas Giuffra, a New York attorney who submitted it on the men's behalf.

"This is a long overdue opportunity for the victims to take the power back after carrying the burden of the assaults in silence for several years," Giuffra said in a statement.

"While a lawsuit will not undo the wrongs done to them, it enables the survivors to regain the power and dignity that was stripped from them by Sean Combs."

In response to the new lawsuit, attorneys for Combs stated "these complaints are full of lies," the lawyers wrote in a statement.

"We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him."

December 9: Jay-Z accused of rape in refiling of civil lawsuit.

Jay-Z (Shawn Carter) has been accused in a civil lawsuit of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 with Sean "Diddy" Combs. The accusation came to light in the refiling of the suit, which was first filed in October.

The accusation comes from an anonymous "Jane Doe," who claimed Combs and Carter raped her in 2000 after they had brought her to an MTV Music Video Awards afterparty.

However, the plaintiff has since voluntarily dismissed the case.

In the original suit, the Jane Doe alleged that she was pinned down and raped by Combs while the male and female celebrity watched. She claimed that when he tried to force her to perform oral sex, she fought him off, grabbed her clothes and left the bedroom, "roaming naked through the house looking for the exit."

In response to the new refiled suit that lists him, Jay-Z released an official statement in which he said his lawyer was sent "blackmail" surrounding the allegations from the lawyer, Tony Buzbee.

"These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?" Jay-Z said in his statement.

"These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case. This lawyer, who I have done a bit of research on, seems to have a pattern of these type of theatrics!

"My only heartbreak is for my family. My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I mourn yet another loss of innocence.

"My heart and support goes out to true victims in the world, who have to watch how their life story is dressed in costume for profitability by this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit."

November 29: Diddy accused of 'dangling' a woman off of balcony.

In the latest update, separate to Diddy's ongoing criminal investigation, Rolling Stone has reported that fashion designer Bryana "Bana" Bongolan has filed a new lawsuit against the singer.

Per the publication, she claims he threatened to kill her and dangled her over a 17th-floor balcony back in 2016.

The 17-page lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles and listed sexual battery, infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment amongst other claims. She is seeking USD $10 million in damages.

According to Rolling Stone, Bongolan alleges she witnessed abuse between Diddy and his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, before he allegedly threatened and intimidated her. One night in September 2016, she says he dangled her over the side of Ventura's balcony while screaming at her. The suit says he then threw her onto patio furniture.

"The only purpose of dangling someone over a balcony is to actually kill them or to intentionally terrorise them and rob them of any concept of dominion over their own bodily autonomy and safety," the lawsuit, filed by attorney James R. Nikraftar of Miller Barondess, claims.

"Ms. Bongolan refuses to allow this fear to control the rest of her life and brings this action to demand that Mr. Combs takes responsibility for the trauma he intentionally and maliciously" inflicted.

Diddy "firmly denies" Bongolan's allegations and plead not guilty to the claims in the lawsuit.

November 27: Diddy's third bail application is denied.

Diddy was once again denied bail in a new ruling on Wednesday, November 27, in New York.

The rapper appeared in court the week prior — where he was seen blowing kisses to his family — and petitioned to be released on a USD $50 million bond, including home confinement in his Upper East Side apartment with 24/7 security.

In response to the application, prosecutors argued he could not be trusted, as they claimed he tried to interfere with investigations by contacting potential witnesses and swaying potential jury members via an organised social media campaign. He did so using the phone access codes of other inmates.

Diddy's attorneys said his conduct was protected free speech, meant to combat "outrageous claims about Mr Combs" by "government agents, plaintiffs' attorneys, and others with questionable motives".

However, Judge Arun Subramanian agreed with prosecutors, saying "there is evidence supporting a serious risk of witness tampering".

"[Combs'] willingness to skirt rules in a way that would make it more difficult for his communications to be monitored is strong evidence that the Court cannot be reasonably assure[d] as to the sufficiency of any conditions of release," Subramanian said.

He added, "There is compelling evidence of Combs' propensity for violence," citing the 2016 video footage of Diddy assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. He also referenced texts between Diddy and Cassie, from the hours and days following the encounter.

"The Court finds that the government has shown by clear and convincing evidence that no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the safety of the community," he ruled.

It was also argued that releasing Diddy would allow him to buy his way out of custody by "paying for a private jail," allowing a "two-tiered" system of justice.

The new ruling meant Diddy spent Thanksgiving — and the foreseeable future — in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center.

November 17: Diddy is accused of attempting to sway a potential jury and contact potential witnesses.

In an attempt to have Diddy's bail request denied, prosecutors have submitted a new court filing that alleges the singer sought to contact potential witnesses and manipulate public sentiment in order to sway jurors ahead of his upcoming sex trafficking trial.

People Magazine, who obtained copies of the documents, reported the singer was accused of using other inmates' phone access, using a "non-authorised third-party messaging service" to communicate with multiple people and enlist his children for a "social media campaign", allegedly in an effort to influence a potential jury.

The new allegations claim Diddy also instructed his children to post to their social media on his birthday, showing them gathering to celebrate him.

He then "explicitly discussed with his family how to ensure that the video had his desired effect on potential jury members in this case", prosecutors wrote.

They argued that it could be inferred from his behaviour that Mr Combs wants to blackmail victims and witnesses into silence or into providing testimony helpful to his defence.

Prosecutors also claimed that in a series of recorded phone calls from jail, Diddy was shown urging family members to reach out to potential witnesses to create particular narratives in his favour.

"The defendant has shown repeatedly — even while in custody — that he will flagrantly and repeatedly flout rules in order to improperly impact the outcome of his case," they alleged.

"The defendant has shown, in other words, that he cannot be trusted to abide by rules or conditions."

The claims were made in opposition to Diddy's third and most recent bail proposal, set at $US50 million ($AU77 million).

November 13: Allegations of minors attending Diddy's 'freak off' parties.

In a new TMZ documentary entitled The Downfall Of Diddy: Inside the Freak Offs, new allegations have emerged that there were children seen attending one of Diddy's parties.

In the documentary, aspiring singer Tanea Wallace claims that she saw minors dressed in provocative attire and surrounded by adults while attending a party at Diddy's mansion.

"They're all huddled up. But no, they were little people. Dressed up like Harajuku Barbies, red lipstick, looking like real sexy," Wallace said.

"Am I going to get in trouble?" she continued. "I don't want to say I witnessed any of that crazy stuff but we all have common sense. Little people, not supposed to be there."

When asked if she was referring to underage people, Wallaced replied, "It's a shame."

Wallace said that she was invited to Combs' party as a guest of a Saudi Prince. She described the party as a wild all-nighter, with explicit activities and attendees who seemed to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

Combs' lawyer has denied Wallace's claims.

"Ms Tanea Wallace has no credibility and her claims about 'freak offs' and minors are completely and categorically false," the statement said, as reported by TMZ.

October 29: Allegations from a 10-year-old boy are filed.

According to a new lawsuit, Combs has been accused of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy in 2005.

In one of two new civil lawsuits filed by Buzbee, a California plaintiff known as John Doe said that at 10 years old, he was an aspiring actor and rapper when his parents arranged an "audition" for Combs at a New York hotel.

The plaintiff performed several songs for the music mogul who told the boy he could "make him a star," the lawsuit stated.

"Combs asked Plaintiff how badly he wanted to be a star, and what Plaintiff would do to get to be one. Plaintiff responded, as might any ten-year-old child, that he would 'do anything,'" the lawsuit said.

According to the complaint, Combs gave him a soft drink spiked with drugs, pushed the child down, and forced him to perform oral sex. The plaintiff said he lost consciousness before waking up sore and with his pants undone.

When he started to cry and asked for his parents, John Doe claims that Combs said he would hurt them "badly" if the child ever shared what happened.

In the second lawsuit, another male accuser relayed a story from 2008 when he was a 17-year-old auditioning for the reality TV show Making the Band.

John Doe claims that Combs forced him to perform oral sex on himself and a bodyguard, which Diddy framed as a "test" of how much he wanted to succeed in the music industry. He failed the audition because Combs deemed him "untrustworthy due to his reservations about performing oral sex on his bodyguard," the complaint said.

Combs' lawyers have since issued a response to the fresh allegations.

"The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth," Combs' lawyers said in a statement. "In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor."

October 22: Allegations from a 13-year-old girl are filed.

Other celebrities are being drawn into the slew of allegations against Sean 'Diddy' Combs.

On October 22, news broke that Tony Buzbee filed a new wave of lawsuits against the music mogul, including an allegation from a woman who was just 13 at the time she alleges she was assaulted.

She claims to have been trying to attend the VMAs show at Radio City Music Hall in 2000, and when her attempts without a ticket were unsuccessful, she began asking the limousine drivers outside the venue. She alleges that one told her she "fit what Diddy was looking for" and so he invited her to the party.

She signed a non-disclosure agreement upon entering, and had one drink that she claims left her "woozy and lightheaded".

The lawsuit claims the plaintiff, unnamed and listed as a Jane Doe, found an empty bedroom to lie down as a place to rest.

"Soon after, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room," the suit alleges. "Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, 'You are ready to party.'

The Jane Doe alleges that she was pinned down and raped by Combs while the male and female celebrity watched. When he tried to force her to perform oral sex, she claims she fought him off, grabbed her clothes and left the bedroom, "roaming naked through the house looking for the exit."

The suit says she put her clothes on and went to a gas station, where a clerk noticed her distress and let her use the work phone to call her dad.

Diddy has maintained his innocence, with his lawyers telling The Post, "In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone —adult or minor, man or woman."

October 18: Diddy is accused of lacing lotions with GHB

When cops raided Diddy's homes earlier this year, they seized nearly 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.

This detail was widely shared online, even joked about in 'horrible' and 'insensitive' memes, and now, new allegations suggest a harrowing reason behind the volume of lubricant.

On October 18, a new lawsuit accused the disgraced rapper of lacing "lotions or similar body oils" with GHB — colloquially known as the "date rape drug".

Gamma hydroxybutyrate (GHB) was originally developed as an anesthetic, and is hard to detect when slipped into a drink. It comes in liquid, crystal, or powder form, and can be absorbed through the skin when mixed into lubricants.

The lawsuit detailed "allegations of Combs dousing victims in lotions or similar body oils … laced with GHB, so that the drug would be absorbed through the victim's skin and make it easier to assault him or her."

In September, Diddy's lawyer Marc Agnifilio addressed the baby oil seized by authorities.

"I don't think it was 1,000. I think it was a lot," he told the New York Post. "I mean there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know.

"And, you know, these are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do, you know."

Agnifilio's remarks prompted Costo, an American retailer, to clarify that they don't sell baby oil in any of their locations, as per TMZ.

October 14: Another six new lawsuits filed, with a minor among the accusers.

On October 14, six new lawsuits were filed by attorney Tony Buzbee in New York federal court accusing music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs of rape, sexual assault, and molestation, including allegations of sexual abuse involving a minor.

The new lawsuits, filed anonymously by two Jane Does and four John Does, include disturbing allegations spanning nearly three decades.

Among the allegations was a claim from a North Carolina man who said he was just 16 years old when Combs sexually assaulted him at one of the rapper's infamous "white parties" in the Hamptons in 1998.

The plaintiff, identified as John Doe in court documents, alleged Combs ordered him to drop his pants under the pretext that it was a "rite of passage" to break into the music industry, before fondling him.

The man said he complied out of fear and power imbalance but later realised he had been sexually assaulted.

In another case, a woman identified as Jane Doe alleged that in 2004, Combs invited her and a friend to a hotel party, where he forced her friend to perform oral sex and threatened to kill them if they didn't comply. The Jane Doe also alleged the star raped her.

In a separate 2005 incident, another Jane Doe alleged that Combs attacked her in a bathroom at a party for the late rapper Biggie Smalls' 'One More Chance' music video.

According to her lawsuit, Combs slammed her head against the wall and raped her after she tried to escape.

Other lawsuits included claims from a security guard who alleged he was drugged and assaulted at a 2006 party, and a man who attended a 2021 party hosted by Combs, claiming he was drugged and assaulted by multiple men, including Combs.

Another lawsuit involves an alleged assault at a Macy's flagship department store in Manhattan in 2008. The John Doe claimed he was confronted and forced to perform oral sex in the stockroom.

Combs' legal team has not directly responded to the latest allegations but previously described the wave of lawsuits as part of a "reckless media circus." He has pleaded not guilty to racketeering and sex trafficking charges and remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn.

Judges have repeatedly denied bail, citing concerns that Combs may pose a danger to the community and could tamper with witnesses.

The new lawsuits, are part of what lawyers describe as a group of more than 100 alleged victims who plan to take legal action against Combs following his sex-trafficking arrest in September.

October 8: Beyoncé and Jay Z's representative has come out to defend them from allegations.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé's attorney, Alex Spiro, has come out to condemn Piers Morgan after he aired an interview with Jaguar Wright on his Uncensored series who made several serious allegations about the couple.

Wright once worked with Jay-Z as a backup singer. She referred to him as a "monster", described the duo as a "nasty little couple" who had more "victims" than Diddy, and claimed Jay-Z had links with Combs.

Morgan has since issued an apology.

"Their lawyers contacted us to say that those claims were totally false and have no basis in fact. And we've therefore complied with the legal request to cut them from the original interview. Editing interviews is not something we do lightly on a show called Uncensored.

"But, like the proverbial cries of fire in a crowded theatre, there are legal limits on us, too. And we apologise to Jay-Z and Beyoncé," he said.

Spiro didn't mince his words about the interview.

"There's rumours and then there's nonsense and this is one step further. This is a pointed and formal accusation of something. I felt needed to be responded to," Spiro said in an interview with TMZ.

"And by doing that to get clicks, it didn't just harm the Carters. What he did effectively was drown out the voices of actual victims in an ongoing case in an ongoing investigation and that was too much for me."

Spiro suggested that Jay-Z and Beyoncé's actions speak louder than their words. Neither has come out to comment on Diddy's allegations.

"As to the Carters, I can tell you that when they put their foot down on something as they did here, they are sending a message," he stated.

"And if they can't stand up and make sure right from wrong then who can? I have always believed that the truth will come out in courtrooms and I'm sure the truth will come out here."

October 1: Diddy is accused of sexually assaulting 25 minors, including a 9-year-old.

On October 1, Buzbee announced that Combs is accused of sexually assaulting 25 minors — including a 9-year-old boy.

"I want to focus on the ages of these victims. When we talk about the ages of these victims when the conduct occurred, it's shocking," said Buzbee at the press conference.

He added that Diddy's youngest victim was just 9 years old when the disgraced rapper allegedly sexually assaulted them.

"This individual who was 9 years old at the time, was taken to an audition in New York City with Bad Boy Records, other boys were there to audition as well," Buzbee told reporters.

"This individual was sexually abused allegedly by Sean Combs and several other people at the studio with the promise to both his parents and himself of getting a record deal," he continued.

October 1: More celebrities are going to be implicated.

The attorney behind 120 lawsuits against Diddy, Tony Buzbee, has alleged that multiple celebrities will be sued along with Combs, claiming demand letters have been sent to the involved parties.

"We want to make sure if we name individuals beyond Mr. Combs that we make sure that we've done our homework because it's gonna create a firestorm and we understand that," Buzbee told TMZ Live. "We're gonna make sure we dot our Is and cross our Ts."

Buzbee said that celebrities will be named in the coming week. "I would expect so. I really don't want to get into a situation where people are, you know… I don't file a lawsuit next week, that creates a media frenzy," he stated.

"I want to be clear about something: if you were attending one of these 'parties,' if you will, and you attended before or you knew what was going to happen, that is you know that a particular drug was being used in drinks and was causing people to be coerced and taken advantage of and you were there in the room, or you participated, or you watched it happen and didn't say anything, or you helped cover it up, in my view, you have a problem."

The attorney continued, "A lot of people attended these parties. A lot of people saw this activity going on, a lot of people allowed it to go on, said nothing, didn't intervene, maybe benefited from it, profited from it. All of these individuals and entities in my view have exposure here."

Buzbee said that demand letters have already been circulated with celebrities.

"In every single case, especially cases like this, we collect our data, collect our evidence, do our due diligence, spend time with the victim, and then, because it's in the best interest of the victim, we attempt to resolve these matters without the filing of a public lawsuit," he said.

"And we have done that already, I would say, with a handful of individuals, many of which you've heard of before, and [we] will continue to do that."

September 30: An explicit video is allegedly being 'shopped around'.

A rumoured "pornographic" video featuring Combs and an even bigger A-list celebrity is allegedly being "shopped around", according to Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, the attorney for one of Combs' accusers.

Mitchell-Kidd told NewsNation that someone reached out to her about the "sale of one of the Diddy tapes."

"There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood, being shopped around to individuals in Hollywood," Mitchell-Kidd said.

"But one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge."

She claims that the person in it is a known celebrity.

"Mr. Combs was in the tape and this other person is — I would venture to say, more high-profile than Mr. Combs," she alleged.

"I can verify that it exists. That it's real and that the other person in the video is very visible."

Mitchell-Kidd clarified that she believes the video was filmed on one of the hidden cameras in Combs' home in Atlanta.

"It does seem like… the person isn't looking into the video," she said.

"To me, it doesn't seem like that person knows they were being videotaped. It didn't seem like they were an active participant in the videotaping. It seemed like they were being surreptitiously recorded."

September 16: Diddy is arrested.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs was arrested on Monday September 16 by federal agents in a New York City hotel. He was arrested on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for purposes of prostitution, according to the US Attorney's Office in Manhattan.

Combs pleaded not guilty the following day and has since maintained his innocence.

The arrest came months after several other civil lawsuits against the rapper, beginning in November 2023 when Comb's ex-girlfriend Cassie accused him of sexually and physically assaulting her during their relationship.

A video of Diddy assaulting Cassie was made public in May 2024, you can read more on this here.
