You've seen Married at First Sight's Scarlett before, on a whole other dating show.

As is usually the case when it comes to a reality show based on people getting fake-married on national television, Tuesday night’s episode of Married at First Sight raised countless questions:

• When does one realise they have a particular preference for small ears?
• Is Michael serious when he says he doesn’t like that “fake look,” but fake boobs are fine, no really, it’s okay you guys, he can deal with them, you can stop worrying?
• Why did these people volunteer to be matched by experts with an abysmally poor track record?

But for many people, the most pressing question was: “Where do I know Scarlett from?” You know, the blonde one who pronounced chameleon as ‘cha-meel-ion.’

Straight away, viewers noticed there was something incredibly familiar about the 28-year-old from Queensland. And they knew exactly where to come.

Look, ladies. You guys are busy. You probably have real jobs, and friends.

Alas, I do not. So I decided to dedicate myself fully to the task of unearthing the truth: What reality show has Scarlett appeared on before?

I've said it before and I'll say it again - I'm not your typical journalist. I should probably join Spotlight or something. Because, yes, I did find the reality show Scarlett was on. And, yes, I do have screenshots.

This season of Married at First Sight isn't the first time Scarlett Cooper has tried to find love by going on television. In late 2013, she appeared on Eleven's Come Date with Me. The show was originally intended to air on Channel 10 in 2012, but it was delayed. Then it ran from 8 December 2013 until 15 January 2014. The show was "a competitive dining and dating show," where single men battle for one single girl, or vice versa.

Scarlett appeared on episode four of the series, and has a pink themed party. She doesn't seem to have changed much. I'm going to go out on a limb and say she probably didn't find love on Come Date with Me. I dunno - just an inkling I have.

But do you want to know something else weird?

Scarlett isn't the ONLY familiar face on this forgotten dating show. As someone who has watched far, far, far too much reality television, a Canadian named Ryan caught my attention. Why?

HE WAS ON BIG BROTHER. 

As an intruder, he was known as Leo, simply because there was another Ryan on the show (who ended up winning).

I can't.
