Sam Wood and Snezana Markoski are trying for a baby.

Sam Wood has said he and fiancee Snezana Markoski  are ready for a family expansion.

Speaking to OK! Magazine earlier this week, the long-distance duo have said that they have been “trying”, which is really just a more discreet way of saying they’ve been having lots and lots of unprotected sex.

“We’re enjoying it very much,” the 35-year-old former Bachelor said of their practicing.

The pair, who met on the 2015 season of Channel 10’s The Bachelor dated for seven months before getting engaged in December last year, but since then the information on the pending union has been scarce.

But now it seems that the pitter patter of tiny feet may arrive first!

While 35-year-old Snez is already mum to 10-year-old daughter Eve, Sam admitted that the pair "do want more kids."

While Eve currently lives full-time in Perth, Snez cuts her time between Perth and Sam's home town of Melbourne, where the couple recently bought a house together.

Throughout filming of the reality TV show, Sam made no secret of the fact that kids were something he saw playing a big part in his future, saying it was important that the women he ended up with felt the same.

And after becoming involved with Snez, Sam wasted no time in getting to know primary-schooler Eve and develop a meaningful relationship with the other love in his fiancee's life.

Eve was also present when Sam proposed to Snez in Tasmania.

Despite meeting and falling in love publicly, the pair have ruled out filming or televising their wedding, adding that plans are on the back burner for now.

"I mean, whatever happens first, happens first," Snez added, refusing to predict what would come first.

Only time will tell.
