The (adorable) members of Harry and Meghan's royal wedding party have been announced.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be accompanied by a gaggle of adorable children on their big day, including Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Kensington Palace announced the royal wedding party will be made up of 10 girls and boys ranging in age from three to seven.

The bridesmaids include Princess Charlotte, three, and Prince Harry’s goddaughter Florence van Cutsem, who is the daughter of Alice van Cutsem and Major Nicholas van Cutsem, as well as his goddaughter Zalie Warren, daughter of friends Zoe and Jake Warren.

Meanwhile, from Meghan’s side, her own goddaughters, six-year-old Remi and seven-year-old Ryland Litt, who are the daughters of Meghan’s friends Benita and Darren Litt. Her friend Jessica Mulroney’s four-year-old daughter Ivy – who makes regular appearances on her fashion stylist mum’s Instagram account – rounds out the bridal party.

If you’re wondering why there are no adults in this list, it’s because it’s royal tradition for the bridal party to be made up of children. The Duchess of Cambridge broke this when she made sister Pippa her bridesmaid at her 2011 wedding, but Meghan Markle decided against having a maid of honour.

In an earlier statement from a Kensington Palace spokesperson, Meghan said she didn’t want to pick just one person from her “close-knit group of friends” who will all be helping out in unofficial ways.

Joining Prince George, four, as a page boy will be Ivy Mulroney’s older brothers, Brian and John, aged seven, as well as Prince Harry’s godson Jasper Dyer, six. Jasper is the son of Amanda Dyer and Mark Dyer.

It wasn’t always clear whether Prince Harry would ask his brother Prince William to be his best man, but last month we learned that the 35-year-old would join his little brother at the end of the aisle.

Unfortunately, we don’t know what the littlies will be wearing yet, but we’re going to make a big call and say they’ll be adorable.
