Australian acting royalty Rebecca Gibney has taken her hair colour to a new level. Rebecca has admitted that she hasn’t always chosen the best looks for her hair – please note this brilliant perm she wore to go to the Logies in the ’80s.
“To that time when someone said ‘I’ve got a GREAT idea – give yourself a REALLY big perm and then wear a satin curtain to TV’s night of nights!! Yeah – thanks for that whoever let me walk into the Logies looking like this,” she wrote on Instagram.
Known for her signature blonde hair, the Packed To The Rafters actress's most recent hairstyle change may not be as dramatic as her retro perm (or Kim Kardashian going platinum or Jessie J growing inches overnight, for that matter), but it's subtle, fresh and flattering.

The 50 year old posted a picture of her new 'do on Instagram, and is clearly very happy with it.
"Thanks @colouredbyhaleema!! Loving my new hair colour. A change is as good as a holiday. Well OK - that's rubbish but I do LOVE my hair," she wrote.
Her followers clearly agreed (as do we) with many leaving comments along the lines of "Rebecca, you look incredible".
