A convicted child rapist that sexually assaulted two teenage girls just hours after being granted parole on Monday has now been charged.
The 26-year-old man was said to be returning home from jail on the train where he met one of the victims before taking her to a park, Seven News reported.
She was taken to Best Road Reserve in Seven Hills at about 3.30pm.
The man then sexually assaulted the girl as well as one of her friends, report police.
The two teenagers, aged 15 and 16-years-old left Best Road Reserve and were taken to Blacktown Hospital where the alleged assaults were reported to the police.
At approximately 10am on Tuesday the alleged offender was arrested by police at Lethbridge Park.
From there he was transported to Mt Druitt Police Station, where he was charged with sexual intercourse without consent and assault with an act of indecency.
He has been refused bail and will appear at Mount Druitt Local Court on Wednesday.
