Rachel Zoe has created a new maternity collection - and it's gorgeous.

Good news, mums-to-be – celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe has created a brand new maternity collection.

Zoe’s new collection for A Pea in the Pod includes a mix of maxi dresses, tunics and structured jackets.

She told People many pieces were designed to be worn both during and after pregnancy.

“This season is all about effortless glamour inspired by the ease of California style,” she said.

“It’s so hard to pick a favorite, but I really love the carefree caftans and maxi dresses — they are transitional silhouettes that you can wear during and after your pregnancy.”

The 44-year-old, who is mum to sons Skyler, 4, and Kaius, 2, said balance was the key when it came to maternity style.

“When I was pregnant with my sons, I lived in maxi dresses and black leggings. And for me, it was all about balancing my look — if I wore something tight on the bottom, I would pair it with something less structured on top,” she said.

She said that her eldest son was already developing a sense of style of his own.

“Skyler is getting to that age where he is developing his own personal style, and he actually loves to dress himself. I usually lay out options for him in the morning and let him choose what he wears to school.”

What's next for the fashionable mum?

“Since being a mother, I’ve dreamt of designing clothes and accessories for children,” she admits. “It would be so much fun!”
