The internet had me believing I could make ice cream from frozen berries and cottage cheese… but it was a lie.
Instead, it made an unexpectedly delicious, protein-rich smoothie bowl.

Easy Protein-Rich Smoothie Bowl.
Ingredients:
For the ice cream/smoothie:
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup cottage cheese
1 frozen banana
2 Medjool dates
1 tsp honey
Toppings:
Granola
Chopped banana
Chopped strawberries

Method:
In a blender, blitz your cottage cheese, frozen berries, banana, dates and honey.
Pour into a bowl and top with granola, sliced banana and strawberries.
(NOTE: If you freeze the berry/cottage cheese mix after blending, it will turn into ice cream! I actually prefer it as a smoothie bowl, but both options are delish.)
