An A-list porn star has shared all the secrets of her profession in a Q&A with fans.

You might not have heard of her, or at least you might not want to admit that you have, but Tori Black is what you can safely call an A-List porn star.

Through starring roles in films such as Batman XXX: A Porn Parody and Half Moon, she’s nabbed a slew of awards, including multiple performer of the year trophies and Loaded’s “most facially attractive female performer in the industry” – because apparently that’s a thing.

I wonder what other body parts get troph…. actually, never mind.

Anyway, as a highly experienced adult movie mega star, the 28-year-old mother of two is uniquely qualified to answer the layman's burning questions about porn, which is exactly what she did via a Reddit AMA (ask me anything) this week.

Hi Tori, Thanks for doing an AMA. I'll start with a very common question I guess: When and why did you choose to work in the adult industry? 
"i was very young. ive always been sexual and comfortable with my body and my skin and i guess it was something i fell into. something that i really wasnt expecting. it was a challenge to turn it into something i wanted intentionally but i think ive finally gotten there ;)" [sic]

Have family members or friends ever cut ties with you just because you're in the adult industry?
"Yes"

Did you go to college? If so, what did you study?
"yes western washington university. i studied journalism" [sic]

Hi Tori, what is the best thing about working in porn that maybe most people don't consider?
"i get to explore myself sexually and encourage others to do so in a safe environment. oh and the harder i cum the more money i make. thats pretty cool" [sic]

How often are you recognised while going about your day?
"very rarely actually, once in a blue moon!" [sic]

What would you never ever ever do at work?
"i dont like degrading anyone, myself or others. im not into racial slurs and i dont like encouraging some of the darker fantasies. while they may be fun i feel like they lead down a darker path" [sic]

Hi Tori :) This might be too personal of a question, but how has your work in porn affected your interest in sex outside of work?
"im a freak. my sex drive is sky high on and off camera." [sic]

What is that one thing that always turns you on?
"secure people. insecurity isnt sexy." [sic]

How do you plan to tell your kids about your profession/how have you?
"still formulating my game plan but i like to teach understanding and compassion. i like to teach diversity and freedom. i want them to have open minds not just about me but about people and im hoping to pave the way as far as thats concerned. if they can see past my profession imagine their understanding of other people." [sic]
