Mama Criniti’s Polpette.

Ingredients:

1kg Beef mince

150g Grated parmesan

1/3 cup chopped parsley

1/3 cup picked then torn basil

1 clove garlic chopped

2 eggs whole

2 cups of soaked chopped bread then strained

Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Make sure the mix is not dry and not sloppy must hold its shape.
  3. Roll all balls with a 60-gram ice cream scoop.
  4. Toss in flour and deep fry.
