Ingredients:
1kg Beef mince
150g Grated parmesan
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup picked then torn basil
1 clove garlic chopped
2 eggs whole
2 cups of soaked chopped bread then strained
Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Make sure the mix is not dry and not sloppy must hold its shape.
- Roll all balls with a 60-gram ice cream scoop.
- Toss in flour and deep fry.
