Pink shared a breastfeeding photo, and her fans can't get enough.

As a pop superstar, Pink has a legion of fans.

But what’s becoming apparent rather quickly is that the singer has a dedicated following in a totally separate, and far more private, aspect of her life: her parenting.

On Instagram on Thursday, the 37-year-old uploaded a photo breastfeeding her three-month-old baby boy, Jameson.

“Hiking makes us thirsty,” she captioned the photo.

Despite the inevitable few comments from trolls who threw caution to the wind and questioned why the singer would make a breastfeeding photo so public, in general, fans were quick to voice their respect for her authenticity in the comments section.

“Most beautiful natural thing in the world. Good on you Pink for not being afraid to share this perfectly normal moment,” one fan wrote.

“You are awesome! NO F*CKS GIVEN about what the prudes would say about this photo! I love this! Bad ass mumma,” another added.

It’s interesting, of course, that for all our public conversations about the normalcy of breastfeeding, some still consider it something that should be shamefully hidden from public view.

It’s certainly not the first time the Funhouse singer has used social media to self-deprecatingly extol the intricacies of parenting,

In March, she shared a photo of herself snatching a rare moment of shut-eye, with then-two-month-old Jameson resting on her chest.

“Oh my god I’m so tired my soul has a headache but I’m so okay with it so whatever I’m just gonna take this little catnap real quick wake me up in ten seconds,” Pink wrote.

Pink has been married motorcycle professional Carey Hart, 41 for ten years, with Jameson being their second child together. Their daughter, five-year-old Willow Sage Hart, was born in 2011.
