Actress Olivia Wilde has a new take on the Ice Bucket Challenge…
We know Olivia Wide is a huge advocate for breastfeeding, but what she’s just done has us all feeling a little weirded out.
In her own take of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge (a social media awareness raising campaign for Motor neurone disease where people dump a bucket of ice all over themselves), Olivia, 30, has opted for soaking herself in cold “breastmilk” instead of icy water.
Her fiancé, Jason Sudeikis, posted the video to YouTube, where Olivia says, “I hope it’s okay, I couldn’t find any water so I’m going to use breastmilk. It took me all night to make this,” before lifting the bucket over her head and pouring milk all over herself.
In the September issue of Glamour magazine, Olivia posed for a shoot whilst breastfeeding her 4-month-old son Otis, wearing a Roberto Cavalli dress and Prada heels.
“Being shot with Otis is so perfect because any portrait of me right now isn’t complete without my identity as a mother being a part of that. Breastfeeding is the most natural thing. I don’t know, now it feels like Otis should always be on my breast,” Olivia said.
