Sydney, Australia: Lavish Penthouses With a View.

Despite being based primarily in the States, Kidman and Urban have established an impressive real estate presence in Sydney, Australia. 

The couple owns two side-by-side penthouses atop the exclusive Latitude building in Milsons Point, which they purchased for $6 million in 2009 and $7 million in 2012. The combined mega-apartment affords sweeping views of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. 

Kidman has also acquired three other apartments in the same building over the years, amassing over $27.5 million Australian dollars' worth of real estate in the luxury high-rise.

Sutton Forest, Australia: A Grand Southern Highlands Manor.

For a taste of bucolic beauty, Kidman and Urban retreat to their $6.5 million cattle farm, Bunya Hill, in the idyllic Southern Highlands of Australia in New South Wales.

The historic 1878 Georgian mansion charms with its sandstone verandahs, pressed metal ceilings, marble fireplaces, and manicured gardens. Situated on 110 acres, the country estate includes a guest cottage, tennis court, and swimming pool added by the couple.

Kidman and Urban's primary residence is a sprawling 10,925-square-foot mansion nestled in the elite gated community of Northumberland in Nashville, Tennessee. 

Purchased for USD $3.47 million (approx. AUD $5.2 million) in 2008, the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate boasts luxurious amenities including a tennis court, swimming pool, theatre, and 30-foot long hobby room. 

The stately home, known as the "Queen of Northumberland," serves as a serene family retreat when the couple isn't travelling the world for film and music projects.

Franklin, Tennessee: A Charming Country Escape.

In 2007, a year after their wedding, Kidman and Urban bought their first home together — a quaint 36-acre farm in Franklin, Tennessee for USD $2.45 million (approx. AUD $3.69 million). 

The 5,086-square-foot red brick main house featured four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a separate guest cottage. 

Although they sold the secluded rural getaway in 2018 for $2.7 million, the property held special memories as one of the first places the couple settled into married life.

Kidman and Urban were reportedly drawn to the building's privacy features, including three separate entrances. While images of the couple's specific unit are unavailable, other residences in the building showcase oversized arched windows, wide-plank oak floors, modern kitchens with marble countertops and premium appliances.
