LEIGH CAMPBELL: 'I've always hated blush. This $24 product changed my mind.'

If you're someone who tends to steer clear of blush because you always think it looks too 'much' on your complexion, this one's for you.

Because on a recent episode of You Beauty podcast's Spendy Savey, our friend Leigh Campbell shared she'd finally found The One: A cream blush that delivers the perfect hint of colour, with the added bonus of skincare benefits.

In fact, according to Leigh, someone who has always hated blush — this product has finally changed her mind.

Watch: Speaking of You Beauty, here's Sarah Marie Fahd and Kelly McCarren talking about the best eyelash curlers. Post continues below.

"I saw Kelly the other day, and was like, 'Oh my god, I'm in love with a blush!' And this is huge for me because I don't wear blush."

Morphe Huephoric Rush 3-In-1 Silk Blush review.

As Leigh shared, it's called Morphe Huephoric Rush 3-In-1 Silk Blush, $24 — and it's part of the brand's new holiday collection.

"Of course, my favourite shade is 'Staying Neutral'. What I love about it is that it has a 'swirly' skincare element to it. Remember when Olay and CoverGirl did a collaboration, and they had this swirl of skincare in their makeup products? It's like that, but it's like a juicy hydrator mixed with blush," Leigh shared.

If you're new here, or just not familiar with the Olay x CoverGirl Simply Ageless collab, you can read all about their hybrid foundation here (I'm obsessed).

Using a similar concept, according to the Mecca website, the Morphe formula is swirled with a "silky skin-perfecting primer", "hyaluronic filling spheres" and "bamboo extract".

The result? A creamy formula that glides on and melts into the skin, it offers the benefits of both skincare and makeup — priming, hydrating and blurring the skin in one easy compact.

Swoon!

Here's what it looks like:

It looks utterly delicious, and you can't convince me otherwise.

The best part? You can apply it however you like. Whether you want to use a sponge, brush, or your fingertips, the buttery-smooth formula is easily buildable depending on what kind of look you want to go for. You can also use it on your lids and lips if you fancy a little monochromatic moment or can't be bothered reaching for a bunch of different products.

"Listen, I'm not a blush girl. I'm scared of blush. I don't know where to put blush," shared Leigh. "I normally use my finger and tap it straight on, but after listening to You Beauty co-hosts Kelly McCarren and Sarah Marie Fahd a couple of weeks ago, I now use a brush and tap the blush on the back of my hand before applying it — so thank you, Sarah Marie!"

On the Mecca website, one person wrote: "This is so underrated. They were pretty cheap so I brought all of the shades to try out. And let me tell you, this is so pigmented, hydrating and gorgeous. They are as pigmented as the Rare Beauty blushes, which is amazing. I like them better as they are so hydrating and last so long."

Someone else wrote, "I love the new blush with the HA in it. It's easy to control (I use a brush) and it covers my rosacea beautifully. Great for sensitive skin and it has great staying power. Great product!"

See, even the rosacea girlies are on board!

An affordable multi-tasker that's easy to use and levels up your everyday makeup look? We're big fans.
