"Our little Queen." Moana Hope and Isabella Carlstrom have welcomed their baby girl, Svea.

After tying the knot last year, Moana Hope and Isabella Carlstrom have welcomed their first child together. 

The 32-year-old former AFLW player and Australian Survivor contestant shared the exciting news on Tuesday night over Instagram.

"My heart is full," Moana captioned the photo of their baby's hands.

On Wednesday afternoon, Moana shared a series of photos of their newborn, with the caption: "This is our little Queen. Her name is Svea Hope Carlstrom and she has stolen my heart in a way that I can’t put into words. She is our perfect and I’m completely in love. Haven’t sleep much coz I can’t stop looking at her and kissing her little face."

The name Svea is of Swedish origin and is said to mean 'Queen of the Sun'.

The couple announced they were expecting a baby together earlier this year in May. 

“We are going to be mums,” Moana wrote Instagram, alongside a photo of her and Isabella holding their baby’s ultrasound photo.

“I don’t yet have the words to fully explain how happy we are. It’s a dream come true for us.”

Isabella was 13 weeks pregnant with the couple’s first baby who is due in November. And it sounds like Moana couldn’t wait to share the news. “Holding this in for 13 weeks has been so bloody hard. My heart is exploding,” she wrote.

Moana also thanked the couple’s IVF clinic “for everything you have done to support us”.

Isabella shared a similar post on her Instagram at the time.

“It’s time to be Mumma’s! We feel so incredibly grateful to be able to share this news,” she wrote.

“It’s been a beautiful journey and I can’t believe we’re finally at this point… I’m so excited for [sic] raise our child with you beautiful.”

The couple wed last August in an intimate ceremony in front of 100 close family and friends at a family friend’s Toorak mansion.

“Mrs and Mrs Carlstrom-Hope,” Moana captioned a stunning Instagram photo of herself and Isabella on the day.

“It’s everything we ever wanted in a wedding. No disrespect to tradition, but it’s not very traditional,” Hope told the Herald Sun at that time.

“We just want it to be very personal and really nice. It’s like a big beautiful party.”
