Since she became part of the royal family when she married Prince Harry in May last year, Meghan Markle has broken royal rules and flouted tradition.
From baring her legs at hers and Harry’s first official photo call, to sitting with her legs crossed at the knee (rather than the ankles) at the Invictus Games, Meghan has become something of a royal renegade.
And now it has been revealed that Meghan will break yet another royal tradition when she gives birth.

According to the Sun, Meghan, 37, is poised to hire her own birthing partner, known as a doula.
The British tabloid reports that Meghan has lined up mum-of-three Lauren Mishcon to hold her hand alongside a regular midwife for the big day, thought to be in April or May.
Mishcon has reportedly been telling Prince Harry, 34, what to say while his wife is in labour.
It will be the first time in centuries that a doula has been employed for a royal birth.
On a forum on the website Doula UK, members asked Lauren if it was true she had been appointed.
Alongside a winking emoji, she replied: “I’m busy in Spring. I could not possibly say.”
