Megan Marx has previously been candid about the $47,000 she’s spent on cosmetic surgery, so it comes as no surprise that she has once again been open with her large Instagram following of 127,000 about the work that has gone into her appearance.
Today, the 29-year-old announced two more procedures – rhinoplasty and a lip lift. She’s preparing to answer all of her fans’ biggest questions in an upcoming blog post about the surgeries.

Rhinoplasty is more commonly known as a nose job, where Megan’s previous nose jobs were actually “liquid nose jobs”. This meant fillers were injected into her nose rather than the perhaps more common choice to remove undesirable bumps.
It’s a treatment for people who want to change the shape of their nose, but don’t want to do the full rhinoplasty.
As well as thanking her plastic surgeon, Megan expressed gratitude to her boyfriend from The Bachelor in Paradise, Jake Ellis, for sticking by her side during recovery.
In April of this year, the Bachelor in Paradise star told NW Magazine she’d undergone two nose jobs, a lip lift, lip and cheek fillers, botox, and dermal fillers.
She also revealed that at the age of 18, she decided to have breast augmentation surgery.
“It’s bizarre to think, but you’re still human and people are vain, right?” she joked to the publication.
“I got my boobs done just before I got married.”
