Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly just shared their daughter's name. And yep, it's a statement.

Almost three months after welcoming their first child together, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have shared their daughter's name.

The rapper announced in March that Fox had given birth to a beautiful baby girl.

Now, after months of speculation, we finally know her moniker. And it's just as unique as you'd expect.

MGK, born Colson Baker, shared a video on Instagram on Wednesday of himself playing ukulele for his daugher, who rocked back and forth in her baby bouncer.

"Saga Blade Fox-Baker ❤️‍🔥," he wrote.

He went on to thank Fox for "the ultimate gift", a healthy and happy little girl.

So far, Fox hasn't shared her new baby on her social media pages.

Saga Blade is the couple's first child together.

Fox shares three sons — Noah, Bodhi, and Journey — with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green, along with stepson Kassius, Green's son with Vanessa Marcil.

MGK has another daughter from a previous relationship, named Casie Colson Baker, conceived with his childhood sweetheart, Emma Cannon.

The name announcement comes months after MGK announced Saga's birth, posting an adorable video of the newborn squeezing his fingers on March 27.

"She's finally here!! Our little celestial seed," he wrote on Instagram.

It hasn't been the smoothest of birth journeys for Fox and Kelly.

In December, it was announced the pair had ended their on-again-off-again romance, just weeks after sharing that they were expecting.

The little one arrived during a fraught time, with MGK and Green appearing to be caught up in quite a bit of drama. Apparently, Green was messaging the couple about the due date of their baby, and MGK was not happy about it.

Green recently exposed a brutal direct message MGK sent him on Instagram.

"Stop asking when our child is gonna be born. you the FEDS," the rocker wrote in the screenshot, per news.com.au. "You chose the wrong one to f**k with mr child actor. go back to cereal commercials."

Green laughed off the savage message, saying he "didn't know 'child actor' was something bad".

"Leo, careful," he continued, seemingly referencing Leonardo DiCaprio. "He may be coming for you next."

It makes sense that Green would be messaging the couple about their newborn's arrival, given the blended family he shares with Fox.

In June 2022, Green also welcomed his fifth child, Zane Walker Green, with his now-fiancée, Sharna Burgess.

Add to the mix MGK's daughter Casie, and Fox's stepson, Kassius, and you've got a big family group.

In February, Kelly made a rare comment about his and Fox's unborn child, as they prepared to welcome their first baby.

While attending a church service, the rapper shared a cryptic message about the future, saying, "Your past is not your purpose — your priority is ahead of you", according to Page Six.

In the now-expired Instagram story, he told his followers that "church was right on time today," before writing, "can't wait" with a baby bottle emoji and a man holding a little one in his arms.

Fox and MGK reportedly ended things over Thanksgiving weekend while in Vail, Colorado after Fox found "upsetting" material on MGK's phone that made them leave the trip early.

Sources close to the couple spoke to People, claiming that Fox was "blindsided" by the split and has "been distraught" ever since and her focus was on the baby.

"The baby is due soon and Megan is trying to focus on that," the source said.

"It's her priority."

In November 2024, Fox announced that the couple were expecting their first child together… in the most Megan Fox way possible. The Transformers star shared a photo of her cradling her bump while covered in black oil and tagged Kelly, confirming he's the father.

"Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back," she wrote with a baby and heart emoji, referencing the couple's earlier pregnancy loss.

Two weeks later, MGK posted on X (formerly Twitter) saying, "Isolating myself in the desert next week to restart this album from scratch. When inspiration flows through me unblocked, we will reach the destination in no time. Don't worry."

Will MGK and Megan Fox get back together?

The couple's relationship hasn't always been smooth sailing, but they have often found their way back to each other.

In fact, People reported a source shared that the couple's relationship has "always been bumpy" due to their conflicting personalities. However, they love each other very much and a reconciliation could be on the horizon.

"They will very likely get back together," said the source. "They've split in the past and then worked things out."

Only this time Fox doesn't seem so sure…

A source told US Weekly that Fox is "done for good". The actress has reportedly been "taking space apart from MGK", with the source adding "it's been beneficial".

Although the rocker reportedly "wants to get back together," Fox "doesn't want to be in a relationship with him," an insider told the outlet. Despite this, she "wants him to be a part of their child's life".

Reps for the couple are yet to comment on the split.

How did Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly meet?

Fox and Kelly, first crossed paths in March 2020 on the set of the film Midnight in the Switchgrass. 

Their connection was immediate; Fox later revealed that she felt a strong attraction to Kelly right from their first meeting. Interestingly, Kelly has admitted that he accepted the role in the film primarily because it meant he would be working alongside Fox. 

During a lunch break on set, Kelly shared his feelings of being "lost," to which Fox responded, "Let's find you," marking the beginning of their intense relationship.

The day after actor Brian Austin Green announced he and Fox's split in May 2020, the actress appeared in the music video for Kelly's single 'Bloody Valentine' and kissed him.

By June, their relationship was official. Fox referred to Kelly as her "twin flame" during an interview in July, showcasing the couple's deep connection.

Fox is four years older than Kelly. The actress is currently 39 years old while Kelly is 35. 

The age difference has drawn some scrutiny, but Fox has rightly been vocal about dismissing these judgements as rooted in outdated patriarchal views. 

In an interview, she pointed out that while she faced backlash for dating a younger man, similar relationships involving older men and younger women often go unnoticed or uncriticised.

What is Megan Fox's engagement ring like?

Kelly designed a unique engagement ring for Fox that reflects both their personalities and their intense love story. The ring features a Colombian emerald (Fox's birthstone) and a diamond (Kelly's birthstone), set on two magnetic bands that can come apart to form two separate rings, symbolising their bond as two halves of one soul.

In an intriguing twist, the bands of the ring are adorned with thorns, which means Fox will be caused pain if she tries to remove them — a metaphorical representation of how love can sometimes hurt.

An insider later told People the couple were "still not in a good place."

"She's now posted that there was no cheating, but she initially thought there was and now is backtracking a bit," the source said. "She was definitely hinting at infidelity with her first post. She regrets making it all so public, but was really upset in the moment."

"Their relationship is crazy and intense," the source continued, adding, "Yet it wouldn't be shocking if they were back together completely by the end of the week."

By May 2023, they were back posing together on the red carpet. However, a source told People at the time, Fox "still seems hesitant" to plan the wedding.

As of 2025, the couple have split yet again. They reportedly called it quits on Thanksgiving weekend and while MGK is reportedly keen to try again, Fox has had enough.

"They don't talk at great lengths but have exchanged a few texts," a source told US Weekly this month. The actress is taking space to "heal" and wants to protect her peace and focus on the bub.

Has Megan Fox been married before?

Fox was previously married to actor Brian Austin Green.

They began dating in 2004 after meeting on the set of Hope and Faith. Fox was just 18 years old, while Green was 30 and a father to a two-year-old son, with his former Beverly Hills, 90210 cast mate, Vanessa Marcil.

MGK had previously hinted he and Fox experienced a pregnancy loss when he performed at the Billboard Music Awards in 2022, dedicating the song 'Twin Flame' to Fox and their "unborn child".

Fox confirmed the personal loss in November 2023 when she released her poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.

"I want to hold your hand / hear your laugh," she wrote. "But now / I have to say / goodbye."

"I had never been through anything like that before in my life," she told Good Morning America.

"I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately and together and apart … trying to navigate, 'What does this mean?' and 'Why did this happen?'"

Speaking to WWD, the Transformers star said the experience was "so much harder" than she would have anticipated, despite having an ectopic pregnancy when she was younger.

"That love element really made this miscarriage really tragic for me and left me with a lot of grief and a lot of suffering," she said.
