The Bachelor's Megan and Tiffany share the moment they confessed their love to each other.

We’ve known for months that there was something going on between former The Bachelor contestants Megan Marx and Tiffany Scanlon.

After flooding Instagram with loved-up couple snaps and declarations of love, it was pretty clear that the two women – who competed against each other for Richie Strahan’s love on the most recent season of the hit reality dating show – were more than friends.

And now, we know exactly how their relationship blossomed.

Speaking for the first time publicly about their romance, Megan and Tiffany have revealed how they went from competitors and friends, to starting a relationship.

“While we were in the show, it was just a friendship,” Tiffany told The Daily Mail, adding that it wasn’t until the pair met again on a holiday in Bali in June that the sparks flew.

“It was like ‘Oh, this is more’.”

It was then that they confessed their love to each other during that trip.

Megan added that she found Tiffany “very attractive” in the Bachelor house, but that she was more focused on “getting to know Richie”.

“But instantly we knew there was a very strong connection. I was so excited to meet her in Bali,” she said, with Tiffany admitting that during their time on the show they were on their “own wavelengths”.

“We found each other hilarious but other people didn’t kind of get us. Like we’d do weird things and thought it was funny, but nobody else did,” she said.

Despite the constant rumours that the pair had found love with each other, they are still surprised that it took the public so long to work it out.

“It started in June and it wasn’t until October that people noticed! So it was quite a long time,” Tiffany said.

The girls’ relationship is arguably one of the best love stories to come out of the show, and has even hit international headlines.
