Would it really be Married At First Sight without a cheating scandal? Well, MAFS 2025 is here to deliver, because we have yet another sneaky rumour on our hands.

And this time around, the drama involves two people we definitely didn't see coming: Sierah Swepstone and Adrian Araouzou.

Let's break this down.

Sierah's currently matched with Billy Belcher, and from what we've seen so far, these two are vibing.

Despite Sierah expressing that she wanted more physical intimacy from Billy during Intimacy Week, they seem to be getting on well, with Billy fiercely defending Sierah against Jake's weird comments during the photo ranking challenge.

Then there's Adrian, who's paired with Awhina Rutene, and... well... let's just say things are about as smooth as sandpaper.

Between his tone, his issues with her being a single mother, and his refusal to do the letter-writing task, it's safe to say that Adrian has not made it easy for Awhina.

But apparently making his own marriage awkward wasn't enough drama for Adrian, because word on the street is he's about to throw himself into a cheating scandal with another bride.

Are we surprised? Not really, no. This is MAFS, after all.

After a recent under-the-table shot at the dinner party, which showed Sierah and Adrian playing footsies with each other, it seems things are only going to get more complicated as the season progresses.

And now, Adrian, himself, has weighed in on the controversy.

We all saw Adrian move away from Awhina and sit next to Sierah during the most recent dinner party. We also saw them (well, sort of… it was so dark you could hardly see anything) brushing their feet against each other's under the table. Scandalous.

But here's how it allegedly went down between Sierah and Adrian when the cameras weren't rolling.

According to the Daily Mail, Adrian and Sierah formed an "unexpected bond" during their time on the show and it all started one fateful evening after a night out in Sydney.

While Billy went home to watch football on the telly (bless), Sierah was apparently having a flirty evening in Adrian's apartment. Awhina's whereabouts at this time are unknown.

The pair then reportedly went out for a secret date night behind the other contestant's backs. Eventually, their connection led to an "alleged indiscretion at a dinner party" which left both Billy and Awhina feeling "betrayed". Yikes.

And now, Billy has broken his silence on the whole ordeal, and has seemingly confirmed that there was something going on between Sierah and Adrian.

"I had no idea that happened," Billy told TV WEEK. "I did, however, know there was something going on between them. Awhina and I weren't happy. We signed up to be with our partners and when we watched them getting closer, it wasn't nice. It was very difficult to watch. I felt a bit sad."

Billy later discovered that Sierah had opened up to Adrian about her past, something she had yet to do with Billy.

"I learned that she had opened up to Adrian about her past," he revealed.

"I was gobsmacked. I was like, 'What? You know how much I've been wanting this.' The fact that you've done that with somebody else… that hurt me."

What has Adrian said about the MAFS cheating scandal?

After a lot of chatter online, Adrian has finally addressed the dinner party drama.

"Look, if bumping feet under a crowded dinner table is cheating, then half the cast must be guilty. It's ridiculous," Adrian told the Daily Mail.

"If that is cheating, then I also cheated with Jeff, Rhi, and everyone else at the dinner party because we were all sitting close together."

While it seems Adrian is going with the 'deny, deny, deny' tactic, he did eventually admit that he and Sierah went out. But he stressed that it was a group outing, which included grooms Tony and Billy.

He did, however, acknowledge that maybe… just maybe… excluding his own wife was not a good idea.

"I completely understand why she was upset. In hindsight, I should have invited her as well," he explained.

Because this is MAFS, where else would it all come to a head but at a dinner party? While things have been boiling under the surface for a little while now, and we've gotten various bits of intel from here and there, there is reportedly a confrontation coming.

Allegedly, both Awhina and Billy confronted their partners during an upcoming dinner party in front of all the other brides and grooms. However, Sierah and Adrian maintained that nothing inappropriate happened between them.

But with all this juicy information, it's just a matter of time before it all boils over. Let's wait and see when the breakdown finally comes to light on screen.
