Ladies, this is your first Married At First Sight 2018 contestant. He's kinda the worst.

Oh dear.

While Married at First Sight enjoyed its off-season, the show seemed to forget the rest of the world was blacklisting sexist dirtbags!

And so, while they planned their upcoming season of the reality TV show living under a large and deafening rock, they also forgot the world listens to women now, and women hate gross, entitled men.

Oopsie.

You see, the latest promo for Married at First Sight features an absolute catch of a guy who lists his favourite qualities in a woman. Such qualities included: Being mute, being pretty, not asking questions, understanding he is the man and the man is in charge and being mute and being pretty.

He's single, too. Shocker.

“Dean wants to be loved, honoured … and obeyed," the tagline of his promo reads in a good, positive, enlightening start.

And then he began speaking, which actually should be a little bit illegal:

“It’s hard to say without sounding, like, sexist or something," he said, which is so true, because the world is a bit of a maze like that, and how's a dude supposed to sound 'not sexist' while saying incredibly sexist things?

Such a pickle.

"I like a girl that is a girl, and like she’s girly and knows that I’m the man and I’m in charge," he added which is all very confusing because how hasn't he found that woman yet?

Dean also has a little gripe that Australia has lost its way and should absolutely be ashamed of ourselves for not being more like countries like Saudi Arabia where women are second-class citizens. Haha.

“I wanna be the alpha male, and she needs to respect me as a man. I think that’s a traditional role that still exists in a lot of other countries in the world, and Australia’s kind of lost that.

“A lot of guys are just afraid to be men now and they’re just getting whipped by their women. I don’t agree with that, I don’t know why it’s happened. I want to bring it back.”

Yeah, WTF Australia? Dean says we've lost our way, and as a female I must obey Dean, so I am here to re-iterate Dean's point that we have lost our way.

All in favour of a country-wide banning of female voices, say aye.

AYE!

P.S. Tracey Spicer won Mamamia's 2017 Woman of the Year. We think it's pretty clear why...
