Welcome to “What’s in the cupboard”, a new weekly series where you get to take a pervy peek into the Mamamia beauty cupboard.

Here at the Mamamia office, we’re fortunate enough to receive many a package filled with exciting and upcoming beauty goodies (and occasionally cupcakes).

They come from big brands, small brands, local brands and far away brands, and are always met with a big whoop of delight (and possibly screams when they involve said cupcakes.)

However with great power comes great responsibility, so it's our personal mission to test and try out the weird, wacky and wonderful to filter out the best products worth your time and money.

I'm not one to normally get excited about tampons, but these are pretty special.

For every box of their organic tampons you purchase, another box will be donated to Australian women who don't have access to sanitary care, including those who are sleeping rough, in homeless shelters, women's refuges and escaping domestic violence and human trafficking.

2. Revlon Professional Blending Brush, $15.95, available from department stores from April 1st

Mark the date in your diaries - you're going to want to get your hands on these. Making the switch to applying your face makeup with your hands (yes, we all do it) to a sponge will CHANGE YOUR LIFE. I love the fact these have a handle so you don't end up with makeup all over your hands, which then gets all over your clothes (or is that just me?).

They're easy to use - just dampen the sponge, dip into product and gently bounce across your face - and give a really flawless finish. The fact it comes with with an extra head? Brilliant.

Ditch the fingers. Please.

3. Too Faced Sweet Peach Glow Peach-Infused Highlighting Palette, $61, available at Mecca

This range is sending beauty lovers NUTS - which explains why it's already flying off the shelves.
