This is it. After months of drama, weeks of awkward moments and 40 episodes, Married at First Sight is over and out for 2025.

Painnnnnnnn.

At the reunion commitment ceremony, the couples relived their weddings and the group couldn't believe it when they saw Ryan drop Jacqui on her head at their wedding. It was true! JUSTICE FOR JACQUI AT LONG LAST.

Jamie and Dave are first on the couch. It makes sense. They were the strongest couple for most of the experiment, and we truly rooted for them.

Jamie opens up about how she's discovered what she needs in a relationship and hopes to take away a friendship with Dave. Aww! I love them.

Dave regrets how he acted. Jamie says that after final vows, she didn't feel that Dave wanted to spend time with her in Melbourne. "He's trying, but he's not that into me," she said.

I don't think Dave was ever honest with his feelings and that's something he needs to work on, but in the end, it was no one's fault.

They're both two of the best people ever married on MAFS, and that's facts.

Adrian tells the experts that he feels like Awhina 'never believed in him' after hearing she had questioned his intelligence and business skills.

Awhina adds some context to her words: "At the time, you had left after not being in a promo video." Lol. This is important.

Sierah pipes up to add nothing. The experts then play Adrian's best of (aka worst of), including the time he vilified Awhina for cheating in the past when he had, in fact, done the same thing. This man!

She admits that Adrian made her feel smaller, and it wasn't until she got away from him that she got her confidence back.

"I am amazing. I am a good mum. I am hot. I had this epiphany. Who wouldn't want me?" DAMN STRAIGHT.

Adrian apologised for the way he made her feel. Do I buy it? Absolutely not!

Make no mistake, Adrian played the experts like a fiddle.

This is not the same Adrian who Awhina has had to deal with. He's on his best behaviour and therefore, he totally avoided being held accountable by the experts for his awful antics. It's super disappointing!

Jacq Jacq Jacqui tells the experts she grieved Ryan for two weeks before she started a 'friendship' with Clint.

They bonded over their 'disappointment' in their respective MAFS partners. Jacqui, I think that's an inside thought.

Ryan accuses them of cheating, and he is still butthurt Clint doesn't want to be his special man friend anymore.

Jacqui and Ryan argue over whether they texted or called each other, and some things never change.

"There were times I was indelicate," Ryan announces after their package plays. But he questions why she stayed when she seemed so unhappy with him.

She said she hoped he would change and when she brought up her feelings, he would 'shut her down'.

Jacqui says she didn't have a voice in their relationship and Clint backs up his girlfriend. She admits she's learnt she 'can be confusing' (true!) and she shouldn't try to change people (also true!).

Shockingly, Ryan says he wants to lean into his feminine side more. Okay, I didn't see that coming.

From one sh**show to another, Paul has to face the experts over his baffling perspective on his breakup with Carina.

He's decided that Carina is inauthentic and tries to air out all her dirty laundry.

The experts are having none of it and the package of Paul's most egregious moments left the group even more baffled.

Carina has no regrets about her decision to dump his ass. Paul starts babbling about how Carina has made mistakes when John stops him.

"You have got to stop playing the victim," he says. "And look at me when I'm talking to you!" Oop! There he is!

John sums up all of Paul's unacceptable behaviour and tells him he's blaming the very person he has victimised.

"This must be a wake-up call," he finishes him.

Carina tells Paul he should have been more considerate and empathetic. Yep! She asks if he was in the experiment for the right reasons, and he says yes.

"I'm not perfect, there's a lot of work I need to do on myself," he adds. Carina wants to find an inner confidence going forward. Queen!

And finally, the only good couple, aka Jeff and Rhi, are here to save us all. Their life together is perfect! They are perfect!

Rhi's summary of why their relationship works isn't sexy, but it is so damn important. "He always does what he says he's going to do and he's very consistent," she says.

Yep. This is literally all women want. Men, it is that simple.

They play their love story and I'M DEFINITELY NOT CRYING, YOU'LL NEVER PROVE IT.

Everyone is crying too. I love them!

The group peer pressure Jeff and Rhi into saying 'I love you' to each other. Bullying works, kids!

They plan to travel and eventually move in together. Who knew that a couple of awkward exes would blossom into such a wholesome love story??

And that's the 2025 season donezo. And just hear me out: spin-off Married at Second Sight? Let's do it! Until then, it's been real!
