Hello! Hey! Hi! We're back for another Married at First Sight dinner party sh**show and tbh, there were so many fights tonight I couldn't keep up. This dinner party was A LOT to digest. But alas, I'm getting ahead of myself.

Awhina is still husband-less. Reminder: Adrian quit because he wasn't included in a promo shoot for MAFS. Umm, what? Exactly.

Thankfully, the elusive MAFS narrator fills in the gaps. A bunch of grooms were lined up to film a promo moment and apparently, Adrian wasn't included in this one shot. Wow.

I can't focus on anything she says because WHO ARE THEY??

I'll call them Phil and Phil. I like them. They seem nice.

Back to reality, Awhina is furious as she reveals that Adrian has been spending time with Sierah, sharing that they've had a 'secret dinner'.

British Billy is also suss, although he did clarify that Tony was present at this 'secret dinner'. Ugh, it just sounds like a… dinner.

DJ Morena is dressed like she just climbed out of a rose bush, but aside from that, her and Tony are doing better.

Oh, and surprise, surprise: Jacqui and Ryan are back together! I am tired!

They truly are that self-destructive couple in high school that thrive on drama and torment everyone who gets caught in their path.

To be honest, I feel like a bunch of couples have been told by producers that they need to pretend to like each other 'cos all these 'thriving couples' are as questionable as Jacqui's Miss New Zealand title.

Just before the dinner party starts, Adrian comes back like nothing happened. He gaslights Awhina into thinking SHE has done something wrong.

But this time, she ain't taking it. NOT TODAY. BURN HIM TO THE GROUND.

British Billy and Awhina both arrive solo as the dinner party kicks off. She tells the gals about Adrian's bonkers reason for quitting.

Sierah defends her dinner with Adrian, saying it was 'innocent'. She apologises to Awhina with zero energy, telling her she did 'the wrong thing' with zilch sincerity.

Adrian arrives and actually tells Awhina to "smile… you look cuter when you smile."

THIS MAN MAKES ME WANT TO LEAVE THIS WORLD BEHIND AND TAKE TO THE SEA. I CANNOT WITH HIM.

Adrian sits next to Sierah and just when things literally couldn't get more awkward, Lauren and Incel-liot roll in with their new spouses.

As Lauren greets him and actually says "You smell better than before."

I CAN'T BREATHE. LAUREN, YOU'RE UNWELL.

The contestants immediately start trolling Incel-liot for dumping Lauren after three days. He rambles nonsense to justify his actions.

Lauren drops that Eliot gave her a list of things she could and couldn't say on the show, basically painting him as a super villain.

He lies and denies everything and it's giving "La-la-la, I can't hear you," but coming from a 35-year-old grown man and not a 7-year-old.

Incel-liot reveals a nasty side by making out like Lauren was too drunk to recall parts of their honeymoon. Yikesssss.

His new partner Veronica is loving it.

She calls his out for shaming of Lauren, labelling him as 'disgusting'. Yessssss. I love Miss Ronny. She ain't buying his BS.

Eliot says that throughout his time with Lauren he was 'perfectly consistent'… at being awful?

Jacqui thinks that she and Ryan are the strongest couple in the room. She's Miss New Zealand and a stand-up comedian — what can't Jacqui do?!

"We take good photos together!" she tells the group.

The men grill Ryan about flip-flopping on his feelings for Jacqui. Jeff, once again, says more than Jeff has ever said. He's fired up! He's angry! Who is Jeff, again?

Rhi and Jacqui make up… for now. (I literally don't care)

British Billy decides to give a toast to 'the elephant in the room' and hands over to Awhina to absolutely drag Adrian to hell. Wooooo.

Adrian tries to seriously explain (once again) about being 'left out' of the promo. I can't hear this story again. If I ever hear this story again, I'll pull my hair out.

HE THEN ACCUSES AWHINA OF GASLIGHTING. OH NO, HE DID NOT.

Adrian then mocks Awhina by suggesting that only 'females can use' the word gaslighting 'to deflect'. Ugh, shut up.

Awhina brings up his dinner with Sierah, who says the dinner was 'innocent' and then clarifies they 'shared a plate of meat!!!' I don't know why this was relevant, Sierah! I really don't know!

She aplogises to Awhina again, but has nothing to say to Billy. For some reason, Adrian thinks that we need his opinion on this.

Adrian, we never need your opinion on anything.

In a confessional, Adrian makes a weird comment about 'being there for Sierah', saying 'I'm only human' with a creepy grin. I vomit in my mouth.

Adrian then claims that Billy called him to ask: "Do you want to do a wife swap?" Oop.

Billy confirms he did say that and Sierah storms off.

"It's never a good time to talk about wife-swapping," Jamie assessed of the evening. Thank you, Jamie. It really must be said.

Between Eliot and Adrian, tonight's episode was a masterclass in deflection, shirking accountability and gaslighting.

The episode ends with Adrian joking about ACTUALLY swapping wives. Ugh, I can't. Between Billy and Adrian treating women like literal objects, and Eliot making snarky comments about Lauren, it's all so gross. At least one of these men is lying to the group about what really happened in their respective #journeys.

Bring in Phil and Phil asap! We need them and we need them now!
