1. “I honestly felt for Hayley.” MAFS’ Cyrell has weighed in on Stacey and Hayley’s feud.

On last night’s episode of Married at First Sight, current and former contestants gathered for a boys’ and girls’ night. And it was dramatic, to say the least.

During the girls’ night, Hayley began questioning Stacey about how she managed to have two children and a law degree at 26-years-old. Soon after, both Lizzie and Stacey began ripping into ex-contestant Hayley for asking.

And now, 2019 contestant Cyrell is weighing in and sharing her thoughts on the situation.

Speaking exclusively to Who magazine, she said, “I honestly felt for Hayley having those two females on her like that… in her face.

“I don’t know how many times she can say sorry. She owned up to it in front of the whole group, she’s come back into the reunion and then has Elizabeth all up in her face asking whether she kissed him. It’s apparent that she did, we already knew this.

“I can’t believe it is still going on, man. Just let it go, Stacey.”

She then went on to discuss Stacey’s law degree, too.

“Stop bringing up the law degree and stop bragging about it. She was getting hammered for doing that but it doesn’t take a genius to know that her husband cheated on her,” Cyrell finished.

See, we told you. Lots of drama.

Married at First Sight continues tonight at 7.30 on Channel Nine.

2. The Kardashians have given us a glimpse into what self-isolation is like for them.

Our favourite reality TV family, the Kardashians, have given us a glimpse into what self-isolation looks like for them. And, of course, it’s swanky AF.

Kourtney seems to be strolling around their neighbourhood of Calabasas, Kim is going for walks in her backyard with Kris (six feet away from each other) and Kylie is taking selfies in her living room.

Uploading photos and videos to their social media, each sister is doing something different to pass the time while in self-isolation.

Kylie uploaded a selfie at home, asking her 167 million followers for movie recommendations.

Kim uploaded various videos to her Instagram story, explaining she has had her first visitor over, Kris Jenner.

The two went out for a wander around Kim’s backyard (with the appropriate distance between each other) and ate breakfast together afterwards.

"We are sitting six feet apart having lunch together.

"We went for a walk six feet apart, we went in my backyard. So I just want to encourage you that social distancing really is the way to go," the reality star explained.

And lastly, her sister Kourtney Kardashian says she is her kids' new PE teacher.

3. Oh. Ex-MAFS contestant Carly met Michael Goonan. She's called him the biggest wanker she's ever met.

Yikes.

Carly Bowyer from season five of Married At First Sight has opened up about the time she ran into Michael Goonan and let's just say things didn't go... well.

On her podcast Finding A Unicorn, which she co-hosts with Eliza Paschke, Carly shared what happened when she ran into Michael and Steve at a pub recently.

“Steve was the nicest guy, he was so lovely and an absolute gentleman,” said Carly. “Completely different story with Michael!

“Michael came up and just looked me up and down, gave me a dirty look and then started talking to Steve. He went on a 20-minute monologue complaining about MAFS in general, the producers, he was complaining about Stacey."

“He kept going on and on and on,” said Carly “Steve was looking at me sideways, kind of embarrassed. Michael was ignoring me and directing all his attention to Steve.”

Apparently Michael then turned to Carly and asked, “I’m sorry, what are you doing here? Who are you?”

“I just said, ‘Oh, I’m Carly’. He said, ‘Yeah, but who are you?’ I said, ‘Oh, I was just talking to Steve because I was on MAFS as well on a previous season’. He just goes, ‘Ugh’, and turned his back on me."

Things only got worse when Michael overheard Carly offered Steve the chance to be a guest on her podcast.

“He [Michael] said, ‘Everyone wants to speak to me at the moment, no one wants to speak to Steve’.

“And then he goes, ‘Actually, you know what I’ll do for you? Steve, I reckon the two of us go on her podcast together and I will split the fee 50-50 with you’. He goes, ‘I should take the majority of the fee but because I’m a good bloke I’ll give you 50/50. I reckon we could do it for $5000.'"

“He was trying to be nice but it was in such a backhanded, wanker way that it was just f***ing horrible. I would like to put it out there that he’s probably the biggest wanker I’ve ever met!”

So it seems another person isn't the biggest fan of Michael...

4. 'We stayed home with family.' The sad reason MAFS' Aleks didn't appear at last night's girls' night.

Among all the chaos of last night's episode of Married At First Sight,  you may have noticed three brides were missing.

Natasha Spencer, Tash Herz and Aleks Markovic all did not appear at the girls' night. And while Natasha and Tash were on a holiday in Bali, there was a more serious reason why Aleks did not attend.
Aleks told Now To Love she wasn't on last night's episode because she and her family were dealing with a personal loss.

"My grandfather was in hospital and passed away not long after so we stayed home with the family," said Aleks.

"Also [I] was still traumatised by the dinner party and how I was accused of being unfaithful so didn't want to be attacked again," she added.

Aleks has spoken out about the bullying she's received on Instagram after deciding to leave the show.

"From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank each and every one of you for sending me such beautiful messages of support," she captioned the post.

"I have read them all and they all mean so much to me. To the nasty people and the trolls, well you're all blocked so you won't see this... so thankful to every single person who sees the real me and what I stand for."

5. A smashed glass and three missing brides: What we didn't see during the MAFS girls' night.

We’re seven seasons into Married At First Sight and somehow, the editing fails continue to become even more obvious and frequent.

We’re now at the point in the season where contestants from the show are sharing the awkward editing fails on social media.

On Monday night’s episode of the reality show, current and former contestants gathered for a boys and girls’ night.

Prior to the episode airing, Elizabeth, who appeared on the last season of MAFS, shared that she was “appalled” by her behaviour at the girls’ night.

“I am not proud of my actions. I was pushed to my limits,” Elizabeth told TV Week. 

In the episode itself, Elizabeth’s behaviour wasn’t quite as intense as we were expecting.

At the girls’ night, Elizabeth was seen yelling at Hayley after Hayley began questioning how Stacey, who has two children, could have a law degree at 26 years old.

“I was quite shocked with her, seeing the way she got involved with Stacey and Hayley’s drama,” Connie said in the episode after watching the fight unfold.

Since the episode aired, Mishel and Hayley have claimed that Elizabeth “attacked” Hayley, but it was removed from the episode.

“I think that Lizzie got such a good edit? How did they not show her attacking you,” Mishel wrote to Hayley on Instagram.

“Thank you so much for saying that. I honestly didn’t expect anyone to come out and say it. Let’s face it, she is [MAFS‘] darling from this season. They’re not going to show her second chance at redemption in a negative light,” Hayley responded.

“Mind you, she’s had a major personality change this season. The truth wouldn’t fit that. The order of the events were wrong too.”
