Mamamia recaps Love Triangle on Stan: Well, well well, if it isn't another MAFS groom.

After this week's episode, I think it's fair to say that the Stan Original Dating Series Love Triangle has officially kicked off, because the second suitors have finally moved in! And, as one might expect, the reactions are… well, mixed.

Starting with the woman we all love and the man we love to hate… it's Payton and Jordan.

Of all the awkward moment(s) during the first Couples' Party, where Jordan made it alarmingly clear that he is not attracted to Payton, in this episode he continues to lie through his teeth when asked about it. I barely know this man but this feels like a Jordan-classic.

He claims the group "misunderstood him" and that the "friendzone" is not a permanent place they're in. But my absolute favourite is when he claims that he "couldn't have talked about [Payton] in a more loving way", right before we see a flashback of his gross words the previous night.

Ah, the Stan editors doing God's work. This man is trash.

Luckily for Payton, Dante arrives just in time! And now, all of a sudden, Jordan is jealous??? He starts acting real weird and, at one point, even gives Dante permission (which he did not need) to take Payton out. I swear, this man.

Over at Chloe and Beck's place, things are looking up. They go on a cute picnic and share a kiss. That is, until Emma shows up. Then it's all downhill from there.

Not only does Chloe find Emma attractive, but so does Beck. NOOO! I was rooting for these two so hard, despite the hurdles. Beck does a complete 180 as soon as Emma arrives. Beck starts flirting with Emma, Chloe feels left out… it's a mess. I can't say I'm a Beck fan at the moment. Like, be a little considerate of Chloe's feelings, will you?

"I obviously came in here for [Chloe]. I don't know if [Beck] should be a possibility on my table in the slightest," Emma says. And I kind of agree. Justice for Chloe!

The other couple that we are rooting for are Ariana and Nuri, who have been getting on swimmingly since pretty much the beginning.

Now, cast your mind back to an earlier episode where Ariana was ghosted by her other match, Sam. The strange man who disappeared after a few text exchanges. Well, turns out he's back… but also not. Let me explain.

So, Sam shows up at Ariana and Nuri's door. And it's none other than ANOTHER Married At First Sight alum, Sam Carraro. He was a controversial groom then and it looks like absolutely nothing has changed because he's annoying from the moment he's on-screen.

Ariana asks some very-understandably tough questions about why he ghosted her and why he's here now, and Sam is not having any of it. He doesn't explain himself or apologise for ghosting her previously. Instead, he demeans her by responding with a series of condescending and useless questions and giving her attitude. Way to win her over, man.

Like, why are you even here?

And within a few minutes of stepping into the house, Sam decides he can't take the heat anymore (all two minutes of it) and does what he does best… runs away. Like a ghost in the wind. And we can't say we'll miss him.

Moving onto Bernie and Marissa who… well, aren't really doing much better. Bernie's other suitor shows up and, low and behold, the guy who thinks he's better than his current match also thinks he's better than his new match.

"I'm not attracted to her at all. Look at her and look at me. Two plus Two," Bernie says about Jasmin, who, mind you, is a beautiful girl.

He claims he's not attracted to either of the women he's going to be now living with and how he believes that he would have been better matched with Chloe, who, at this point, he doesn't know at all. But I can't say I'm surprised.

This coming from the same man who claims he's been "personality catfished" by Marissa and that, in the real world, he "would never speak to her again and blocked her on every social media."

Yep, this man is a walking red flag.

Finally, we have Mike and Melinda. Ah, the couple that simply was not meant to be.

Following their argument at the Couple's Party, they still haven't managed to find any common ground. Melinda says that Mike lacks ownership which, to be fair, is kind of true. We heard Melinda take some accountability for her words and actions at the Couple's Party, but have yet to hear Mike apologise or acknowledge any wrongdoing.

Their conversation escalates, and Mike calls Melinda out for her comments about him being a "washed-up reality TV star". To make his point, he proceeds to ask her how she would feel if he called her "a 41-year-old washed-up mother of three". I mean, you kind of already did, Mike.

There's really no coming back from that and Mike asks Melinda to pack her stuff and go, and she does. Big yikes.

Shortly after, Mike's new match, Melissa, arrives and they seem to be off to a good start. Despite the fact that Melinda is gone, Melissa seems pretty open-minded and wants to get to know Mike before jumping to any conclusions. So, only time will tell.

We'll have to stay tuned for all the drama that goes down at the first Triangle Party next week. From what we can see… it's not looking good.

Season three of the Stan Original Dating Series Love Triangle is now streaming on Stan, with a brand new episode every Sunday, only on Stan. Every episode of seasons 1 and 2 are now streaming.
