It’s that time of year again.
After being voted out of the current season of Australian Survivor: All Stars, Locklan ‘Locky’ Gilbert has been named as our new Bachelor for 2020.
The 30-year-old, who previously appeared on season two of Australian Survivor, is an adventure guide, experienced cave diver, base jumper, mountaineer and athlete.

Locky, who is based in Perth, previously hinted at his new role, telling NW he would definitely be up for swapping tribal council for the Bachelor mansion.
“I’d love to give it a crack,” he said.
Speaking to 10 Daily, Locky shared that he hopes to find a “best friend” on the reality show.
“I’m pretty content with my life at the moment. I go on these crazy adventures, but I’d love someone to share the memories with,” he told the publication.
“I’ve got best friends, but I want to find that one best friend that I can spend the rest of my life with. This is an amazing opportunity to hopefully find someone special at the end.”
